For free orientation in the flow of information people should possess information competence as one of the components of professionalism. In this regard, the article reveals the structure and content of the information competence of students, including motivational and values, cognitive, activity, communicative and health saving components that are in relationships and are aimed at ensuring the integrity and continuity of the process of students' information competence forming in conditions of modern high school.The article also describes the problem of the teachers' functions' expansion involved in this process. The article can be recommended for use in modern practice of educational institutions, as well as in the system of teacher training.
The state is interested in the formation of teaching staff competitiveness of both higher and secondary vocational education institutions, as it is associated with solving the problems of training competitive specialists for innovative production, increasing the social efficiency of organizations and institutions, economic recovery of the country. In this regard, this article reveals the specifics of modeling the process of the teaching staff competitiveness formation. Major approaches to the study of this problem were the integrative and milieu approaches, a symbiosis of which allows creating competitiveness of the teaching staff, taking into account the features of college educational environment, involving integration of educational, methodological and research activities of teachers; features of professional and interprofessional interaction between members of college teaching staff with staffs of other educational institutions, scientific research institutes, professional community. Specifics of modeling the formation of college teaching staff competitiveness consist in the set of components proposed by the authors (theoretically-methodological, functionally-targeted, substantive, procedural and productive clusters) and in their contents.
This article presents the first stage of an ongoing effort of creating the application Ontology-Based Text Analyser (OTA) aimed at automatically identifying semantics and grammatical properties of widely used Russian words in connected texts. At present this application identifies only morphological properties of Russian words. In this application all morphological properties of content words and grammatical function words are revealed on the basis of a query to the Ontology of Russian Grammatical Forms (OntoRuGrammaForm) that we set up earlier. In OntoRuGrammaForm we used LexInfo 1 which represents morphological properties of words in the ontological format as a scheme for data organising. To set up OntoRuGrammaForm the existing LexInfo ontology was extended with missing and refined grammatical categories. In OntoRuGrammaForm the linkage of semantics with morphological properties is implemented with OntoLex 2 which makes it possible to link grammatical word forms with lemmas and lemmas with concepts in knowledge area ontologies. The automatic process of word morphology identification is illustrated with a connected text of the informative type taken from the open news online-portal. In this news text the system of morphological properties of words is identified with OntoRuGrammaForm. This application also displays lemmas and transcription of separate words in a connected text. The created application (OTA) can be used as an innovative methodical tool in teaching Russian to foreign students to develop skills of identifying morphological characteristics of words in texts. At present this application is available on the Web in open access and can be used for analysing morphological properties of widely used Russian words in a connected text.
Статья посвящена анализу литературно-философской работы В.В. Розанова «Как святой Стефан порубил прокудливую березу» в контексте традиционной (фольклорной) культуры. Актуальность и научная новизна представленной работы обеспечивается следующими положениями: выявлением основополагающих факторов, позволяющих рассматривать литературно-философское творчество В. В. Розанова в контексте традиционной (фольклорной) культуры: 1) наличие у В. В. Розанова главной темы его философских рефлексий - противопоставление язычества и христианства в мировой и отечественной истории; 2) обусловленность философских рефлексий В. В. Розанова индивидуально-авторским стилем изложения, возможность постижения философско-религиозных основ мироустройства через стиль. Цель данной работы состоит в анализе и описании приемов реализации основных стилевых доминант, способных эксплицировать содержательную языческо-христианскую «монотему» В. В. Розанова, одной из которых является научно-художественный «панметафоризм», афористичность, фольклорная стилизация. Приведенные наблюдения анализируются и иллюстрируются примерами на материале статьи В. В. Розанова «Как святой Стефан порубил "прокудливую березу" и как началось на Руси пьянство», включенную самим автором в сборник «Во дворе язычников». В статье анализируются стилистико-языковые элементы фольклорной стилизации: зачины, обращения, повторы, олицетворения, инверсии, плеоназмы, сравнения - и их экспрессивно-стилистические функции. Данный аспект изучения философско-литературного наследия В. В. Розанова имеет широкое перспективное поле исследования, связанное с дальнейшим анализом, обобщением и систематизацией языковых средств, способных эксплицировать языковую картину мира В. В. Розанова в контексте традиционной культуры. The article is devoted to study of literary and philosophic work of V. V. Rozanov “How did st. Stephen crashed the evil birch” in the context of traditional culture. The relevance and scientific novelty of the presented work is provided by following sentences: the identification of fundamental factors that allow the researchers investigate literary and philosophical creativity of V. V. Rozanov in the context of traditional culture: 1) presence of the main theme of his reflexions - the opposition of Christianity and paganism in Rozanov’s creativity; 2) the conditionality of Rozanov’s philosophical reflections with his individual writing style , the ability to comprehend the philosophical and religious foundations of the world through style. The purpose of this work is to analyze and describe the methods of realization of basic stylistic dominants which are able to explicate meaningful pagan-Christian monotheme of V. V. Rozanov unmetaphormism, the aphoristic nature, folklore stylization. The given observations are illustrated with examples in the article of V. V. Rozanov “How did st. Stephan crashed “evil birch” and how did drinking started in Russia”, included by the author in the book “At the pagan yard”. The article analyzes stylistics and language elements of folklore stylization: the beginnings of circulation, repetition, impersonation, inversion, the pleonasms, comparison and their expressive-stylistic function. This aspect of the study of philosophical and literary heritage of V. V. Rozanov has a wide field of perspective research, connected with further analysis, generalization, and systematization of language means which are able to explicate language view of the world of V. V. Rozanov in the context of traditional culture.
