Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh komponen fisik yakni kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, kecepatan, keseimbangan dan motivasi latihan terhadap keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Berdasarkan sifatnya yang bertujuan untuk menguji (Explanatory) maka penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analisis). Variabel independen yaitu kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, dan motivasi latihan, adapun variabel dependen yaitu keterampilan bermain sepakbola (keterampilan passing, dribbling, shooting, jugling, dan heading) yang diakumulasi kedalam nilai T-score. Teknik sampling menggunakan sampel jenuh yaitu seluruh populasi pemain sepakbola UKM Olahraga Sepakbola UM Palopo berjumlah 57 orang. Waktu dan tempat penelitian mengikuti ketentuan WFH (work from home) karena kondisi pandemic dan dipantau secara daring. Analisis data menggunakan uji regresi korelasional. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan Komponen fisik (kelentukan, kelincahan, koordinasi mata–kaki, kecepatan, keseimbangan) dan motivasi latihan berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan bermain sepakbola. Penelitian dan pengambilan data dapat dilakukan dapat dilakukan secara daring, tentunya dengan penggunaan dan pengembangan media (e-learning UM Palopo dan Google Form) dan komitmen yang tinggi dari semua pihak. The effect of physical ability and training motivation towards soccer skills AbstractThis research examines the effect of flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, speed, balance, and training motivation towards soccer skills. Based on its intended nature, which is to examine (Explanatory), this research uses path analysis. The independent variables are flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, and training motivation. In contrast, the dependent variables are soccer skills (passing, dribbling, shooting, juggling, and heading), which are accumulated into T-values. The sampling technique uses saturated samples, which is the entire population of Soccer players in UM Palopo.57 people. The time and place of this research followed the WFH provisions (working from home) due to pandemic requirements and was monitored through online. Data analysis was using the correlational regression test. The research results prove that physical abilities (flexibility, agility, eye-foot coordination, speed, balance) and training motivation are strongly related to soccer skills. This research and data collection was conducted and collected by using developing media (UM Palopo e-learning and Google Forms) and high commitment from all parties.
Penelitian: Menghadirkan solusi untuk meningkatan Daya tahan kardiovaskuler (VO2Max) pada masyarakat Lanjut Usia. Lansia adalah proses penuaan yang diawali pada penurunan fungsi organ tubuh, Lanjut usia (lansia) menurut World Health Organitation (WHO), middle age 45 - 59 tahun, elderly 60 - 74 tahun, old 75 - 90 tahun, very old diatas 90 tahun. Daya tahan kardiovaskuler (VO2Max) adalah kemampuan seseorang dalam mempergunakan sistem jantung, Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni latihan Jurus Mawar yang dalam Pencaksilat. Jurus Mawar digunakan karena mengandung gerakan yang mengatur dan melatih sistem pernafasan atau peningkatan Daya tahan kardiovaskuler (VO2Max). Penelitian ini merupakan eksperimen lapangan (treatment), melibatkan dua variable yakni variable independent (X) latihan Jurus Mawar dan variable dependent (Y) Daya tahan kardiovaskuler (VO2Max). Populasi sebanyak 9.532 orang, kemudian ditarik menjadi sampel menggunakan teknik sampling purposive menghasilkan 45 orang. Instrument tes adalah Aerobik Test. Hasil Penelitian: Ada pengaruh yang signifikan pada kelompok Latihan Jurus Mawar Pencaksilat terhadap Daya tahan kardiovaskular (VO2Max) lanjut usia (Lansia), t-hitung -3,688 > t-tabel 2,015 sedangkan nilai Sig .001 < α 0,05 dan nilai rata-rata postest dibandingkan nilai rata-rata pretest (µA1 1515.56 < µA2 1608,89) selisih -93,333. Tujuan dilaksanakannya program: (1) sebagai peningkatan peran serta masyarakat khususnya akademisi dibidang pendidikan jasmani dan olahraga yang bergelut dalam pengembangan olahraga Futsal agar memiliki tambahan dari segi finansial; (2) meningkatkan peran serta permerhati dan pecinta olahraga Futsal agar raihan prestasi Asosiasi Futsal Kota Palopo meningkat, dimana animo masyarakat terkait olahraga Futsal sangat tinggi namun raihan prestasi di tingkat Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan sangat minim. Program ini melibatkan 2 mitra: Mandiri Futsal Akademy (mitra 1) dan Kompleks dan Gedung Olahraga Sinar Setuju (mitra 2). Permasalahan mitra 1, Pemasaran, publikasi kurang menarik/komunikatif, tenaga pelatih yang belum berlisensi dan membutuhkan sentuhan teknologi dibidang olahraga Futsal. Mitra 2 merupakan kompleks olahraga terkemuka di Kota Palopo, dengan kapasitas 2 lapangan Futsal dan 2 lapangan Bulutangkis indoor. Namun masih membutuhkan perbaikan dibidang Manajemen keuangan, administrasi, dan Pelayanan. Pelaksanaan program dikemas dalam 3 (tiga) tahapan yakni: alur pelaksanaan program PKM ini dimulai dari, 1) Tahap persiapan, 2) tahap pelaksanaan, dan 3) tahap monitoring dan evaluasi.
Research Objectives To determine the effect and differences in the effect of interval training and circuit training. To find out the interaction between Interval Training and Circuit Training*Gender on Cardovascular Endurance (Vo2max) Penjas Teachers in Palopo City with a middle age range between the ages of 45 to 59 years. The type of research used is the type of experiment. The design of this study uses 2x2 factorial design. Dependent Variables (Interval Training and Circuit Training). The population is 426 teachers, 20 of which are selected using a purposive sampling technique. The test instrument used is Aerobic Test. The results showed that the Interval Training and Circuit Training had an influence on increasing Cardovascular Endurance (Vo2max), there were differences in the effect of the Interval Training and Circuit Training exercises but at an insignificant level, there was no interaction between Interval Training and Circuit Training*Gender to Power Cardovascular Resistant (Vo2max) Penjas teachers in the city of Palopo are middle ages between the ages of 45 and 59 years.
