In a learning activity, the use of learning media in delivering material is very important in order to make it more effective and efficient for learning activities. This study aims to determine the use of instructional media in class X digital simulation subjects in office administration skills competency at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, and documentation with a population and sample of 45 people. As well as the data processed using quantitative analysis to determine the extent to which the use of learning media in the digital simulation subjects. The results of this study indicate that the use of learning media in digital simulation subjects at SMK Negeri 4 Pangkep can be classified as good. This can be seen from the use of print media which are classified as good, the use of media reality which is classified as good and the use of electronic media which are classified as good.
This study aims to reveal the errors of students in the practice of writing English, especially errors in any aspect of the language and how often its frequency. The researcher analyzes the errors of the English writings of PGSD students taking English courses. This analysis uses Surface Strategy Taxonomy in classifying student errors in grammatical structures. This research uses descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The subject of this research was the writing of sixth semester students who were respondents and attended the English for Specific Purpose 2017/2018 school year totaling 75 people. The results of this study indicate that students' mistakes in producing English writing are divided into several categories of errors, namely errors in formation (misformation), errors in omission (addition), errors in addition (addition), and errors in preparation (misordering). The most frequently made mistake is error formation in sentences that is 181 or around 44.80% of the total number of student writing errors. Omission (omission) occurred as many as 136 or 33.66%, followed by misordering 48 times or 11.88% and the least was an addition error of 39 times or 9.65%.
Abstract-This study aims to identify and analyze the role of councils in the implementation of the community welfare program in terms of procurement of facilities and infrastructure development. This study used a qualitative approach. This study applied the qualitative method using critical review. This paper described the role of council in the preparation of the public welfare program. This study outlined a description of the legislation role in making a policy based on the public aspirations, budgeting role in setting the budget, and supervising role in carrying out surveillance on policy and budget. The regional council role on legislative function implemented in the course of making policy process on public wellbeing. The budgeting role is reflected on drafting, discussing, and deciding the regional revenue and expenditure together with Regent. The supervising role is implemented through supervises the planning and discussion of budget, implementation of the budget, and report and responsibility on regional revenue and expenditure.Keywords-Regional council, revenue and expenditure, budget, welfare. In assessing the success of an agency, it can be seen from the human resources that drive the agency itself. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of employee competencies. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods using data collection methods, namely interviews, document review, and observation. The data collection instruments used were interview guidelines, document review guidelines, and observation guidelines as well as data analysis techniques by reducing data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. After that test the validity of the data with triangulation techniques. The results of this study indicate that overall employee competency development is in the good category. Regarding employee competency development at the Makassar Raya Regional Makassar Regional Office Corporate Office, reviewed from the Motif, Character, Self-Concept, Knowledge, and Skills aspects, but there are still some indicators that need to be improved to maximize the development of employee competence at the Regional Makassar Regional Office.
