Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer yang di peroleh dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar yang berjumlah 110 orang karyawan tetap, Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling dengan menggunakan formulasi Slovin pada presisi sebesar 10% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan bantuan software WarphPLS Ver.5.0. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan yang ditunjukkan pimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, sedangkan pada pengujian pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja ditemukan bahwa stress kerja yang di miliki karyawan tergolong rendah namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap peningkatan kepuasan kerja
Indonesia’s public services are constantly being criticized for not proficiently attending to societal needs, despite government rules and guidelines. The regulation on regional innovation specified direction on services in the form of local governance, public support, and/or other inventions by governmental aff airs within jurisdiction. Furthermore, local governments are mandated to deliver maximum satisfaction with allotted incentives by way of rating public service innovations. However, in reality, several complaints continue to emerge, therefore, intense and prompt interventions are required, with strict considerations capable of enhancing public service innovations. Based on these challenges, the authors attempt to elaborate and analyze the leadership quality and the accompanying impact on service innovation, both directly and indirectly through motivation and team performance in public organizations. The purpose of this paper is to provide information on factors with potentials to improve service innovation, particularly in public corporations.
This Study aimed to examine and analyze the interact Leadership Style and Work Stress of employees job satisfaction in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar. Data collecting by using primary data obtained from the result questionnaires spread. Population in this study is all the employees in PT. Utama Duta Harapan Makassar amount 110 employees remain, samples stipulation using stratified random sampling by using Slovin formulation technic on 10% precision so that obtainable 50 respondents. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) technic with WarphPLS Ver.5.0. The result of this study prove that Leadership Style indicated by leader take positive effects and significant to Employess job satisfaction, while on testing the influence of work stress to job satisfaction found that work stress of employees is low but it is not giving the real effect to increase employees job satisfaction.
This research was conducted to determine the effect of leadership and motivation of public service for job satisfaction ASN Bantaeng district. Basically, job satisfaction is an individual thing and depends on one's perception of what he feels about work. Further explained that the job satisfaction theory tries to reveal what makes some people more satisfied with their work than some others. If employees have high job satisfaction, employees will try to show the best service quality. Job satisfaction in this study as a central point that can not only affect the quality of public services directly, but can be a factor that mediates indirect effects of several factors that affect the quality of public services, including leadership factors and motivation for public services. Leadership has a positive direct effect, although not significantly on ASN job satisfaction, while the activation of public services has a significant positive direct effect on ASN job satisfaction in Bantaeng District .
