This paper presents the methods of the development of fishing ports for the supplying safe seafood products, based on the some rules on the food hygiene control and on the eco-label system which is useful for fishery resource management in Japan. First, we analyze the issue of the hygiene control for the fresh fish on the distribution process from the landing places to the consumers and propose the method to estimate the hygiene level with the two factors; the water quality, control and the sanitary condition of the working areas at the fishing ports, landing places and the auction halls on the distribution process, etc. Secondly, we propose the method to select whether fishery products are contribute to be sustainable or not, as secure the validity of the sea food hygiene control at the fishing ports.
Metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) diodes were constructed on p-type GaAs by means of anodic oxidation of aluminum film evaporated on GaAs. By terminating the oxidation precisely at the Al-GaAs interface, MOS diodes in which the capacitance at low frequency increases in the positive-bias region were obtained. The interface state density determined by using the Terman method based on 1-MHz measurement of the C-V characteristics is on the order of 1010 cm−2 eV−1.
This paper is considered about formation of the organization for promoting exchange between urban residents and fishing community by investigation of three practice areas. Three investigation areas are Ine-cho, Shibetu-cho and Yuki-cho where the contents of activity are different. The results of the study are as follows: Ine-cho is in an initial stage. Its subject is in cooperation of each organization in an area. Shibetu-cho is in a fullness time. Its subject is strengthening of the organization which performs staff training and planned development. Yuki-cho is an extended stage. Its subject is the function and role towards the community improvement by the organization outside an area (The cheering party for an area in outside). Key Words: exchange between urban residents and fishing community, activity organization cooperation of each organization in an area, cheering party for an area in outside
The authors have conducted research on the current state of use of deep sea water and its effectiveness in a hygiene-management fishing port. Deep sea water-intake facilities have been constructed in 17 fishing ports and districts. Among them the use of deep sea water in Rausu and Kumaishi is designed to keep fish fresh and hygiene in the quality and hygiene-management fishing ports. This paper has clarified the effectiveness based on the results of the tests regarding freshness, buyer's consciousness inquiry by AHP method and the changes in quantity and cost of ice and clean low-temperature seawater. In Rausu Fishing Port the quantity of ice was reduced, while in Kumaishi walleye Pollock is exported to South Korea by land and sea after washed in deep sea water. Consequently, deep sea water serves the rise in the value of fishery products as well as the preservation of their freshness.
