This study examined the effect of job involvement on job performance and organizational commitment as mediation. This study involved 135 respondents and using saturated sample which take all employee become a respondents. Likert Scale is used as a balanced assessment questionnaires and using validity and reliability for testing questionaires. The analysis tool in the research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) which using a variance-based approach with Partial Least Square (PLS) as well as to test the mediating variable VAF to testing. Result of study found that job involvement has a positive effect on organizational commitment and job performance at Defense of Ministry. Organizational commitment has positive influence on job performance at Pusat Keuangan and organizational commitment as Partial mediation proved directly affect the relationship between job involvement and job performance. can be given to the Defense of Ministry is increasing attention to the dimensions of salary, normative commitment, and discipline work as dimensions that have bad perception
The purpose of this study is to analyze and explain the mediating role of organizational citizenship behavior on the relationship of transformational leadership on employee performance of cooperatives in Tabanan. The study population were employees of cooperatives in the district of Tabanan with a sample size is 114 respondents in 25 cooperatives. The sampling technique is done by simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used questionnaire and analysis methods using Partial Least Square (PLS) with software SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed (1) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB (2) transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees (4) OCB mediate partially and positive and significant relationship between leadership transformasional and employee performance. The implication of this study indicated that transformational leadership was found as a major factor in improving employee performance.. Suggestions for the results are expand the orientation research in wider scope industry and organization to reach more obtain results.
The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. The number of samples taken as many as 67 employees, using saturated sample technique, especially simple random sampling. The data were collected through questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis results found that organizational culture, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. The higher the organizational culture OCB will also increase, the higher the job satisfaction the higher the OCB, and the higher the organizational commitment the higher the OCB in the company Focus Design Artglass Ubud. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout dengan work family conflict sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan perempuan di PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Dalam penelitian ini penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan metode purposive sampling, sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan perempuan sebanyak 61 responden, melalui teknik analisis jalur (path analisis). Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout pada karyawan perempuan di PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work family conflict pada karyawan perempuan di PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout pada karyawan perempuan di PT Bank BRI Denpasar Gajah Mada. Turnover Intention dapat menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan dikarenakan biaya rekrutmen dan seleksi yang timbul akibat turnover intention tersebut, salah satu faktor yang dapat mengurangi turnover intention adalah keadilan organisasional dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada karyawan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar Gajah Mada. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keadilan organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional dan turnover intention karyawan tidak tetap pada PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Cabang Denpasar Gajah Mada. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 93 responden. Metode penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan nonprobability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 poin untuk mengukur 18 item pernyataan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, keadilan organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan tehadap turnover intention, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada PT.
