The purpose of this study is to examine the contribution of the impact provided by the existence of tourist destinations on the social and economic influence of the local community's destination. This method uses qualitative descriptive method and purposive sampling method, focuses on the chairman of the business group. The results of this study indicate that there is a synergy between the existence of the tourism sector to improve the economy and social community in tourist destination areas. PendahuluanIndustri pariwisata Indonesia sekarang ini sudah semakin bertumbuh pesat, dilihat memiliki banyak potensi kekayaan alam dan kebudayaan melimpah yang sudah dikembangkan pemerintah untuk pembangunan di sektor pariwisata secara maksimal. Seperti menurut (Yoeti, 2008) mengungkapkan pemilihan sektor pariwisata sebagai salah satu alternatif kemiskinan cukup beralasan. Pariwisata bagaimanapun juga, memiliki andil dan memberikan kontribusi besar dalam I Wayan Sudarmayasa, I Wayan Lanang Nala 284 JUMPA Volume 05, Nomor 02, Januari 2019 meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat kecil di pedesaan, yang di mana kegiatan pariwisata dikembangkan di berbagai daerah. Suatu destinasi atau Daerah destinasi sekarang ini bisa bisa mengatur akan daerahnya sendiri,mengelola daerahnya sendiri mulai dari penataan, pemeliharaan dan berdasarkan kearifan lokal sesuai bidangnya termasuk pariwisata. UU No.32 Tahun 2004 tentang otonomi daerah menyatakan bahwa daerah diberikan kebebasan dan kewenangan untuk menentukan arah pembangunan ekonominya masing-masing. Keberadaan Pariwisata diharapkan nantinya akan memberikan pengaruh ganda (Multiflier Effect) dalam perekonomian regional ( Adisasmita, 2005( Adisasmita, :2008 kepada semua komponen mulai dari pembuat kebijakan, pelaksana kegiatan sampai pemilik destinasi wisata. Namun yang terjadi adalah kadangkadang tidak semua komponen yang terlibat bisa menikmati "kue" dari keberadaan pariwisata itu baik secara perorangan, kelompok ataupun hal lain yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh keberadaan pariwisata itu sendiri.
This study discusses about development of regional tourism through the development of human resources Gorontalo, Sulawesi. The master plan for tourism development in Gorontalo stated that Gorontalo has three areas of community-based tourism development and eight excellent tourist attractions. It was realised that human resources has an important role in the general development as well the development of regional tourism. The approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative, data source obtained from field observation, interview, group discussion and documentation. Local governments have encouraged the development of regional tourism, especially destinations that are around the community through the empowerment of surrounding communities in order to manage the destination well. In order for all aspects of tourism management to run properly it is necessary role of local government in giving encourage and support education field of tourism. So it can fill the shorted of expert workforce to be placed on institutions or tourism related industries.

With the results of this research, the community is expected to play a role, especially in marketing the existence of the tourist village so that it will develop and become more famous for the next generation to participate in enjoying the results from generation to generation as well as maintaining local traditions on an ongoing basis, especially in the strength of Human Resources, maintaining local and sustainable wisdom. Community involvement, it will increase the role and standard of living of the community through recognition and the social status of the surrounding community will be raised. In this study, the authors use research methods by taking samples from all walks of life, especially the productive actors involved in the Village Party, Tourism Awareness Groups and local community leaders, face-to-face activities, direct visits to locations that are considered as examples of significant developments in the field of tourism. positive influence on society. From the results of research conducted that the distance from the location of the tourist village which is quite far from the city center does not discourage tourists from visiting the tourist village of Pela, even those who have visited want to visit again at another time.
