The population of this research is all operator employees of PT. Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata who is an employee with contract status. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling or census with the research instrument using a questionnaire. Because the population is relatively small, all populations are used as samples, so the number of samples in this study were 40 operator employees of PT Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata. Data were then analyzed using path analysis and Sobel test. The results showed that emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had a positive and significant effect on transformational leadership, emotional intelligence, spiritual intelligence and transformational leadership positive and significant effect on employee performance, and transformational leadership was able to mediate the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence variables on the performance of PT Gas Station Pratama Anugrah Dewata operator employees.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung stress kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Destination Asia Bali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap pada PT. Destination Asia Bali. Karyawan tetap dipilih menjadi populasi penelitian karena diasumsikan bahwa karyawan tersebut memiliki informasi lebih banyak mengenai kondisi perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus, sehingga jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 56 orang karyawan. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Analysis).
Purpose The purpose of this paper is to find out: strengths/weaknesses, environmental opportunities/threats encountered by traditional market; traditional market business position; and a proper business strategy to be applied by traditional market and its implication on the marketing strategy. Design/methodology/approach The population in this research was policy makers in Bali Province, in relation to the development and revitalization planning of traditional market, and traders doing their activity in a traditional market. The data analysis used internal and external strategic factor matrix (IE). Findings Key external strategic variables that pose both current and future threats are information technology, bargaining power with buyers and competitors. The key internal strategic variables which are included both present and future strengths are product quality, product variety offered, uniqueness of products offered, affordable product prices, bargaining process, strategic market location, service speed and vast parking lot. Based on the business position of the present Denpasar traditional market which is in quadrant V, while in the future it will be in quadrant II, the strategy properly applied is the proper competition strategy to be grown and built. Research limitations/implications The research was only conducted to traditional markets in Bali, thus it cannot be generalized to wider areas, and this research used the survey method where the data collection process was done in a certain point of time or cross-section, whilst the environment would experience extra quick changes. Therefore, it is important to do this research in the future. Originality/value The originality for this paper shows the comprehensively development strategies, revitalization strategies in traditional market, by using strength weakness opportunity threat and IE matrix analysis, and research location which is conducted in Bali that has different tourist condition and potentials from other regions.
This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention of nurses at private hospitals in South Kuta. The number of samples used was 82 nurses using saturated sampling technique or census methods and collecting data using a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique was performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and the VAF test to test the role of mediation. The results show that there is a negative and significant influence of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational commitment, as well as the role of organizational commitment as a partial mediator between work motivation and job satisfaction on turnover intention which has a negative and significant effect. The findings in this study imply that companies are required to pay more attention to appropriate compensation and to reward employees who are loyal to the company and pay attention to the working conditions of their employees so that employees will remain in the company.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, quality of work life dan kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Harum Indah Sari (HIS) Tours & Travel Bali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Harum Indah Sari (HIS) Tours & Travel Bali dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 93 karyawan, dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara serta penyebaran kuisioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dan Uji Asumsi Klasik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, quality of work life berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini secara teoritis memberikan pemahaman bahwa Budaya organisasi, quality of work life dan Kepemimpinan transformasional secara nyata dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan.
