Abstrak Penyimpangan perilaku anak menjadi fenomena sosial yang menjadi perhatian. Bagaimanapun, anak tumbuh dan berkembang di dalam keluarga. Setiap keluarga pasti memeiliki metode dalam mendidik yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian terkait dengan pola asuh orang tua penting dilakukan, agar mampu mengkaji pengaruhnya dengan cara bergaul anak di dalam masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut, pola asuh demokratis orang tua berpengaruh positif terhadap cara bergaul anak. Realita di lapangan membuktikan bahwa keluarga yang memiliki pola asuh demokratis cenderung memiliki anak yang memiliki kepribadian hangat di dalam masyarakat, karena ia diajarkan caranya menghargai, memberikan hak orang lain, menjalankan kewajiban dan berbuat adil. Kata Kunci; Pola Asuh, Demokratis, Cara Bergaul Anak.
Kesulitan belajar spesifik adalah suatu keadaan pada seorang anak yang mengalami ketidakmampuan dalam belajar, keadaan ini disebabkan gangguan proses belajar di dalam otak, yang dapat berupa gangguan persepsi (visual atau auditoris), gangguan dalam proses integratif atau gangguan ekspresif. Disleksia merupakan gangguan dalam kesulitan membaca dan Diskalkulia merupakan gangguan dalam kesulitan berhitung. Masalah muncul karena kurangnya perhatian terhadap anak yang mengalami kedua gangguan tersebut. Serta kurangnya pemahaman akan kedua gangguan tersebut terhadap anak dan belum adanya media khusus yang dapat dijadikan sebagai metode terapi terhadap kedua gangguan tersebut.Dari permasalahan diatas dibuat media pembelajaran sebagai terapi untuk anak yang mengalami gangguan dalam kesulitan membaca dan kesulitan berhitung. Media belajar yang cocok untuk menarik anak disleksia dan diskalkulia adalah dalam bentuk aplikasi game. Konsep permainan yang dikembangkan adalah anak diajak untuk mengenal huruf dan angka serta dapat membedakannya juga. Kemudian anak diajak untuk menghafalkan huruf dan angka tertentu yang menurut mereka sulit untuk dihafalkan. Dan yang terakhir anak diajak untuk menjawab pertanyaan dan menghitung dengan soal matematika dasar.Pengembangan aplikasi game ini menggunakan metodologi analisa terhadap anak disleksia dan diskalkulia. Kemudian mencari konsep game yang cocok bagi anak disleksia dan diskalkulia. Konsep tersebut digunakan untuk menentukan dalam pembuatan desain game dan background untuk diimplementasikan di unity3d. Terakhir adalah building game pada perangkat dan testing untuk kelayakan game. Aplikasi game yang telah berhasil dibuat diberi nama game “Two Dis”. Hasil yang diharapkan dari Pembuatan game “Two Dis” berbasis android ini adalah dapat menjadi salah satu media terapi dan media pembelajaran baru bagi anak disleksia dan diskalkulia dengan metode bermain game.
The purpose of this research is to respect the legal protection of ethnic Uighur women in Xinjiang, China from the perspective of International Human Rights and to find out and study the resolution of cases of serious international human rights violations against ethnic Uighur women in Xinjiang, China. Legal protection for women of Uighur ethnicity is based on articles 3,4,5,9,10,11, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, namely by providing protection in the form of protection of the right to life, the rights to freedom, and the right to personal security, and others that are regulated in international legal instruments. 2) Serious human rights violations committed by the government of Xinjiang, China are not justified by international law because they violate the provisions stipulated in the subsequent Universal Declaration of Human Rights for the incidents of human rights violations, so the settlement of disputes between the two parties is carried out by negotiation or mediation. If this method is not effective, the UN Security Council can submit the case to an international court such as the International Criminal Court as regulated in article 1 of the 1998 Rome Statute.
Whether it is recognized or not, religion is the most influencing factor in many social conflict phenomena. An unbalanced understanding of religion is suspected of being one of the triggers. Thus, efforts are needed to educate the public about good religious behaviour so that people understand that religion's existence is to create harmony in life, not contrary to incite hostility. Pesantren is one of the alternatives which is expected to be a way out to untangle the tangled threads of religious issues that have become a classic problem in Indonesia today. Pesantren have an essential role in realizing peace in heterogeneous life, namely through prophetic education. One of the pesantren that applies a predictive education pattern is Pesantren An Najah Purwokerto. This research is qualitative, to analyze prophetic teaching at Pesantren An Najah Purwokerto to prevent religious radicalism and describe the supporting and inhibiting factors of prophetic education at Pesantren An Najah Purwokerto. The results showed that the application of prophetic teaching at Pesantren An Najah Purwokerto through several activities, including (1) Introducing the concept of "liyan" or the other in the context of social or community life; (2) Grounding the rationales of the "hubbul wathan" nationalism; (3) Implementing "Peace Education". (4) Religious education based on local culture.
This article describes the development of madrasah through trust-building at MI Ma'arif NU Teluk Purwokerto Selatan. Like one of the Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia, Madrasah has a strategic role in achieving national education goals. In its development, especially Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah, the quantity of private madrasah is higher than that of the public madrasah. It impacts the madrasah's existence, which will depend heavily on the community as the primary stakeholder and madrasah as a concrete form of community-based education. For this reason, it is necessary to have active community participation in developing competitive and quality madrasah, among others, through building trust. This research is qualitative-descriptive with a case study approach—data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicated that the development of MI Ma'arif NU Teluk through trust-building was used in several stages, namely through the development of the character of figures who were able to become role models for the community. The belief formed by these figures will stick in a person's memory and become a role model in his life. Trust building is also built through improving the quality of the madrasah, namely the madrasah program. The madrasah program is an effective means of creating external trust in madrasah. The madrasah program is in the national curriculum and the local content curriculum, simultaneously implemented at MI Ma'arif NU Teluk.
