There are not easy for new companies to build a reputation or brand image. The company still needs trust first from the community that used their products. Trademark have a very important role, especially in maintaining fair business competition, because the brand can be a differentiating force for one company with another company. The purpose of this study to know the awareness of communities concerning the importance of registering the Trademark based on Law No. 20 of 2016 on Trademark and Geographical Indications. This study uses the method of empirical legal research with sociological jurisprudence approach, as well as data analysis using qualitative analysis. The study shows that the lack of company awareness in understanding the importance of trademark registration, they do not understand the benefits of registering trademark. Communities who set up businesses tend do not registering their trademark, one of the reason is caused by highly cost. As a result, the implementation of the Trademark Law becomes less effective in practice. Perusahaan yang baru berkembang tidak tidak mudah membangun reputasi atau brand image. Perusahaan masih membutuhkan kepercayaan terlebih dahulu dari masyarakat pengguna mereknya. Merek memiliki peran yang sangat penting terutama dalam menjaga persaingan usaha yang sehat, karena merek dapat menjadi daya pembeda bagi satu perusahaan dengan perusahaan lain. Tujuan tulisan ini untuk mengetahui kesadaran masyarakat akan pentingnya mendaftarkan merek berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2016 tentang Merek Dan Indikasi Geografis. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum empris dengan pendekatan sociological jurisprudence, serta analisa data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih kurangnya/kesadaran masyarakat dalam memahami penting pendaftaran merek, mereka tidak memahami manfaat pendaftaran merek. Masyarakat cenderung mendirikan usaha dengan tidak mendaftarkan mereknya, salah satu faktornya adalah biaya yang sangat mahal, sehingga menyebabkan implementasi ketentuan merek menjadi kurang efektif di dalam prakteknya.

The use of media via mobile phone can be used in business transactions, by marketing through shoope, tiktok and several other media. The purpose of this activity is in the form of: a method of online transaction through a clear and more secure registered Marketplace so that consumers are not harmed and increase income for sellers who sell goods at the Marketplace. This method of implementing activity is carried out by practicing directly to the participants how to use their social media to earn money. Furthermore, at the second meeting, counseling of buying and selling practices will be held online through the media tiktok. The Marketplace that the team intended is not only in the form of sales on social media, but we can use social media accounts as a place to find additional income. The participants are trained to communicate better in front of the public by broadcasting live on the Marketplace.
Konsumen yang beragama islam pada dasarnya memiliki khawatiran untuk membeli makanan yang tidak memiliki logo halal resmi dari lembaga yang berhak menerbitkannya. Konsumen Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama islam akan lebih fokus pada logo halal yang tercantum pada produk kemasan. Namun, logo terlebih dahulu harus diserahkan ke BPJPH oleh pengusaha. Setelah pengusaha mendapatkan sertifikat halal, maka logo halal dapat di tempatkan dalam label produknya. Tujuan Penelitian dari tulisan ini mengenai: Dalam jenis penelitian ini penulis menggunakan hukum normatif sebagai pendukungnya. Selain itu, penulis menggunakan bahan hukum sekunder dan bahan hukum tersier. Setelah dibentuknya BPJPH berdasarkan ketentuan peraturan presiden sesuai dengan Pasal 5 UUJPH, maka wewenang BPJPH dengan jelas dinyatakan di Pasal 6. Kedua, Pengawasan yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Kepulauan Riau Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi yaitu pelaksanaan pengawasan dilakukan oleh PPNS dengan cara melihat, menilai dan lainnya ke perusahaan.
Servant Leadership has become a new field of leadership research. It has been of great interest in the last decade in that it is related to virtue ethics. However, in Indonesia, studies on this issue are still limited. Many researchers debate this new theory of Servant Leadership because it has been found that the views are significantly different. This study aimed to determine whether Servant Leadership (SLS) and Team Member Exchange (TMX) and the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) were feasible and valuable for organizational success in life insurance companies. The scientific novelty of this study is our salience of Team Member Exchange and the OCB mediating role in explaining TMX performance among National Ownership Life Insurance employees in Riau Islands, Indonesia. We also examined the role of OCB in moderating the indirect effects of SLS on performance. The survey data collected from 160 employees using the SEM AMOS data analysis technique showed that SLS is positively related to performance through OCB, and Team Member Exchange (TMX) negatively affects performance. The moderated mediation test confirmed the SLS moderating effect through OCB. Our research findings also guide enhancing the development and utilization of OCB in the insurance organizations. We have given an answer based on evidence about how we can apply it. This study also broadens our understanding of the importance of the relationship between SLS, TMX, and OCB.
