This study aimed to develop a counseling model to reduce students' aggressive behavior, namely Peace Counseling Model (PCM). This counseling model uses the basic theory of peace education that is specifically implemented in counseling. This study adapted the research and development model formulated by Borg & Gall. The research used quantitative descriptive analysis. There was a strong agreement between experts and practitioners on the feasibility of the product being developed to be implemented by school counselor. The results of this study should be a reference to further research to test the effectiveness of PCM to reduce students' aggressive behavior.
<p>Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan komparasi tingkat <em>self-regulated learning </em>siswa yang tinggal bersama kedua orang tuanya dengan siswa yang tinggal jauh dari kedua orang tuanya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 402 siswa SMP di Yogyakarta yang diambil secara <em>stratified random sampling. </em>Komposisi sampel penelitian terdiri dari 150 siswa tinggal jauh dari orang tuanya dan 252 siswa tinggal bersama kedua orang tuanya. Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat <em>self-regulated learning </em>adalah skala <em>self-regulated learning. </em>Penelitian ini menggunakan <em>Independent Sample T-Test </em>sebagai teknik analisis datanya. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa siswa yang tinggal dengan kedua orang tuanya memiliki tingkat <em>self-regulated learning </em>cenderung sama dengan siswa yang tinggal jauh dari kedua orang tuanya. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan dilakukan identifikasi penyebab tidak adanya perbedaan <em>self-regulated learning </em>pada siswa yang tinggal bersama orang tuanya dengan siswa yang tinggal jauh dari orang tuanya.</p><p><strong><br /></strong><em>The purpose of this study is to describe the comparability of the level of self-regulated learning of students who live with their parents with students who live far from their parents. The sample in this study were 402 junior high school students in Yogyakarta taken by stratified random sampling. The composition of the study sample consisted of 150 students living far from their parents and 252 students living with their parents. The measuring instrument used to measure the level of self-regulated learning is the scale of self-regulated learning. This study uses the Independent Sample T-Test as a data analysis technique. The results of the study concluded that students who live with both parents have a level of self-regulated learning tend to be the same as students who live far from their parents. The results of this study recommend identification of the causes of the absence of differences in self-regulated learning in students who live with their parents with students who live far from their parents.</em></p>
Abstract-Evaluation comprehensive guidance and counseling programs in Indonesia is carried out systematically in its assessment. Assessment can be found through implementation program guidance and counseling in aspects of planning, design, implementation, and evaluation in guidance and counseling programs, and components guidance and counseling program. The goal of this study is to describe the implementation of comprehensive guidance and counseling programs by school counselors. This research uses evaluation research. The approach used in the research is a systems approach that is focused on aspects of planning, implementation, and evaluate. Instruments used are questionnaire and documentation. Data analyzed using quantitative techniques. The finding showed that the implementation guidance and counseling program in high schools at the level of is still far from the expected standards (58.4%). Planning aspects guidance and counseling program at the level of is still far from the expected standard (54.69%). Implementation aspects guidance and counseling program at the level of expected standards (62.5%). The last aspect is evaluate aspect guidance and counseling program at the level of is still far from expected standards (56.52%). So the recommendation is the teacher guidance and counseling in Indonesia as a come from graduates of guidance and counseling departement.
The rapid digitization of education in a pandemic has an impact on academic stress conditions. Counsellors have not implemented various innovative media but need relevant and millennial media to support consulting services with podcasts. This article aims to analyze the feasibility of podcast media in consulting services to develop academic stress prevention skills. Research and development limited to five stages help know the feasibility of podcasts as support for consulting services, especially academic stress prevention skills. The data analyzed the feasibility questionnaire instrument through expert validators, media, and practitioners (counsellors) quantitatively with percentages and inter-rater analysis. The results of the research show that podcast media is quite relevant to use in consulting services. The relevance and accuracy of podcast media can adjust to the content of the supporting material. Prevention of academic stress isn’t only with knowledge but skills to cope with academic stress in all conditions, especially in pandemic and post-pandemic situations. Professional and millennial counsellors can develop skills in the use of podcast media in consulting services. Can use Podcast media directly in consulting services. Recordings of podcast results can be used indirectly in consulting services or group guidance services, group counselling, individual counselling, and classical guidance as a follow-up.
