With the implementation of the regional layout plan for advantageous agricultural products of the Ministry of Agriculture, the circulation of fruits and vegetables had the characteristics of elongated transportation distance, off-season, and cross-regional, which put forward higher requirements for the storage and preservation of fruits and vegetables. At present, fruit and vegetable storage technology had developed vigorously. The primary breakthroughs had been made in low temperature, controlled atmosphere storage, and other technologies. Some fruits had basically reached the annual supply (Qiao, 2014).However, every year in China, 15-20% of fresh fruits and vegetables still lose their commodity value due to quality deterioration and disease rot. The economic losses exceed 100 billion yuan.
