Penelitian ini diarahkan kepada Masyarakat Kalimantan tengah bertujuan untuk mengolahragakan masyarakat dan memasyarakatkan olahraga guna untuk menyehatkan kehidupan bangsa pada umumnya dan membuat masyarakat palangkaraya bugar dan cinta akan budaya kalimantan tengah pada khusunya. Penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pedoman atau pertimbangan dalam sumber belajar Olahraga Rekreasi SD, SMP, SMA, Perguruan Tinggi dan Umum.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasi dan Wawancara. Data instrumen penelitian didapat oleh beberapa pakar ahli dibidangnya yang kemudian di Observasi. Pengambilan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara yang mendalam, observasi, kuisioner. Analisis data hasil pengamatan dengan kualitatif deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa Rumah Betang Tumbang Manggu sangat menunjukkan ciri khas Dayak dan mengangkat kearifan lokal Kalimantan Tengah. Seperti permainan tradisional, Tarian, Musik, Alat Musik, Lagu Daerah, Wisata Rumah Adat, Wisata Peralatan Kuno, wisata rumah panggung dan wisata Air. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa rumah betang tumbang manggu sangat cocok dijadikan sumber belajar Olahraga Tradisional Untuk Masyarakat karena banyak hal positif yang didapat dari permainan trdisional Kalimantan Tengah.
Kemungkinan besar siswa ini akan kurang motivasi untuk berolahraga atau tetap bugar karena pengalaman negatif mereka dalam pendidikan jasmani atau atletik. Hal lainnya yang sering terjadi ialah adanya keterbatasan guru penjasorkes di lingkup sekolah dasar, dimana karena keterbatasan guru penjasorkes. Target yang ingin dicapai tentunya adalah untuk meningkatkan SDM dari guru pendidikan jasmani. Manambah wawasan guru pendidikan jasmani dan guru mata pelajaran lain yang mengajar mata pelajaran pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Dasar ligkup Kota Kupang Nusa Tenggara Timur tentang Penggunaan Sarana hurdle drills dan leader drills dalam melatih pergerakan dan kesiapan kondisi fisik peserta didik yang mengikuti pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani tanpa rasa takut dan trauma. Metode yang digunakan ada 3 tahapan penigkatan pengetahuan, peningkatan kecakapan, dan pendukungan serat pendampingan. Adapun implementasinya perlu dilakukan secara terencana, bertahap, dan berkelanjutan, yang pada gilirannya siswa diharapkan dapat meningkatkan sikap positif bagi diri sendiri dan menghargai manfaat aktivitas jasmani bagi peningkatan kualitas hidup. Pemberian alat-alat berupa Hurdle drills, Ladder Drills untuk pelaksaannya didalam pendidikan jasmani.
The implementation of tourism promotion activities on a national and international scale and combined with sports activities (sport tourism) is one of the events organized by the North Sumatra Provincial government. Analysis of the potential of tourism and sports objects in North Sumatra Province needs to be carried out a thorough study and identify the weaknesses and strengths of the location of these tourism and sports objects. Evaluation research is used to find out what activities have been carried out according to the expected goals. The subjects involved in this study amounted to 17 people consisting of the responsible person, the chief executive and 15 participants. The instruments used were questionnaires, interviews, observation and document analysis. Based on the sub context program evaluation which includes three things namely: 1) Legal Basis and Government Policy; 2) Purpose; 3) Targets can be categorized as Good. Evaluation of the sub Input program includes four things, namely: 1) Participants, 2) Implementation, 3) Funding, and 4) Committees can be categorized as Good. the evaluation of the sub Process program includes two things, namely: 1) competition regulations and, 2) implementation can be categorized as Good. Evaluation of the sub Process program includes two things, namely: 1) The level of participation and public interest, and 2) The role of the media in the publication and promotion of sports to the public can be categorized as Good. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the sport tourism Triathlon program can increase public interest in participation, the economy and the number of tourists who come because it is supported by government policies.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for Table Tennis and Aquatics I. The study was conducted on students of the Physical Education Study Program FKIP in semester 4 of the even academic year 2021-2022 as the sample used for the Table Tennis course and semester 2 of the even academic year. 2021-2022 which is used as a sample for the Aquatic I course. The research carried out includes a qualitative descriptive type which evaluates the implementation of limited face-to-face lectures for the Table Tennis course with Aquatic I through interviews and filling out questionnaires via Google Form. The results obtained from interviews for Table Tennis courses based on 1) indicators of the evaluation of the learning process concluded that most of the learning process could run well even though it was limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it could be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures was limited to courses Table Tennis is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that the learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network and the availability of table tennis which needs to be increased. While the results obtained from interviews for Aquatic I Course are based on 1) indicators of evaluation of the learning process, it can be concluded that most of the learning process can run well even though it is limited by health protocols 2) indicators of evaluation of the implementation process, it can be concluded that the process of implementing face-to-face lectures is limited by eyes. Aquatic I lecture is quite good and 3) Based on the indicators of learning outcomes, it can be concluded that learning outcomes can be achieved, although it must be improved in several supporting factors such as the internet network. The results obtained by filling out questionnaires for the Table Tennis Course show that the Table Tennis lectures were carried out well even though they were held face-to-face. The same results were obtained through filling out questionnaires for the Aquatic I Course, indicating that the Aquatic I lecture was carried out well even though it was held face-to-face in a limited manner. In conclusion, during limited face-to-face lectures, both Table Tennis and Aquatic I courses can be carried out well.
The aim of the research is to identify the application of the play method to improve shot put learning outcomes, while the formulation of the problem is whether the application of the play method can improve shot put learning outcomes. The process of implementing this classroom action research is through the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The subjects in this study were 31 class VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Maligano consisting of 16 girls and 15 boys. Data collection techniques through observation and test results on student learning and each cycle is carried out through data analysis and presentations. Based on observations of 60% of student activity in cycle I increased to 90% in cycle II. While the results of the analysis amounted to 63.63% in observing teacher activity in cycle I experienced an increase of 100% in cycle II. From the results of observations of 54.83% of student learning outcomes in cycle I experienced an increase of 93.54% in cycle II. Based on the results of the observations of cycles I and II, it can be concluded that the application of the playing method can improve the learning outcomes of shot put.
