Abstrak. Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan informasi karier berbasis media blog yang layak sebagai layanan untuk digunakan siswa di SMP Kota Magelang, dan (2) mengetahui efektifitas layanan informasi karier berbasis media blog untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi karier siswa di SMP Kota Magelang.Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Prosedur pengembangan penelitian mengacu pada prosedur Borg & Gall. Teknik sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Subjek penelitian yaitu, 28 siswa kelas VIII G di SMP Negeri 8 Magelang dan 21 siswa kelas VIII A di SMP Muhammadiyah Magelang. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar evaluasi uji ahli materi; lembar evaluasi uji ahli media, kelompok kecil, dan kelompok besar; serta skala eksplorasi karier. Analisis data uji coba skala eksplorasi karier dengan taraf signifikan 5% dengan subjek uji 31 responden diketahui logical validity 0.355 dan reliabilitas 0.960.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) informasi karier berbasis media blog layak menjadi layanan untuk digunakan siswa di SMP Kota Magelang dan (2) layanan informasi karier berbasis media blog layak untuk meningkatkan eksplorasi karier siswa SMP di Kota Magelang. Berdasarkan hasil uji normalitas pre test dan post test, nilai probabilitas pre test dan post test lebih besar dari taraf signifikan 5% (pre test 0.297 > 0.05 dan post test 0.361 > 0.05) maka data dikatakan berdistribusi normal, sedangkan hasil uji t diketahui taraf signifikan pre test dan post test lebih kecil dari taraf signifikan 5% (0.000 ≤ 0.05).
Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan wawasan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam pembuatan nugget ikan Toman yang memungkinkan untuk diproduksi massal sebagai sarana wirausaha. Masyarakat dilatih dalam pembuatan nugget berbahan dasar ikan Toman sebagai upaya pemanfaatan hasil sumber daya alam masyarakat daerah perbatasan di desa Kumba Kecamatan Jagoi Babang Kabupaten Bengkayang. Metode yang digunakan adalah sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan secara langsung berupa praktik pembuatan nugget ikan Toman sekaligus diberi motivasi agar memiliki jiwa entrepreneurship. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini adalah masyarakat mendapatkan pengetahuan baru dalam memanfaatkan ikan Toman untuk diolah menjadi nugget, terlibat langsung dan terampil dalam pembuatan nugget, serta termotivasi untuk mengembangkannya menjadi sebuah wirausaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membuat masyarakat semakin peka terhadap potensi alam yang ada di lingkungan sekitarnya dan dapat mengoptimalkan pengolahannya untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat setempat.
<em>This study aims to describe the psychic activity of the main character in Arafat Nur's novel </em><em>Tempat Paling Sunyi which includes cognitive symptoms, affective symptoms, and conative symptoms. This research method was a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. This study used a literary psychology approach. The source of the data for this research was the novel Tempat Paling Sunyi by Arafat Nur (2015). The data in this study were in the form of quotations (words, phrases, and sentences). Data collection techniques used direct techniques, namely documentary techniques with data collection tools, namely the researchers themselves as key instruments and data recording cards. The data analysis technique used descriptive text analysis techniques. Checking the validity of the data was done by peer checking techniques through discussion and triangulation. Based on the analysis of Arafat Nur's novel of Tempat Paling Sunyi, it can be concluded that the cognitive symptoms in the novel of Tempat Paling Sunyi are attention, observation, response, fantasy, thought, memory, intuition; affective symptoms in the novel of Tempat Paling Sunyi are feelings, affect and stemming, moods; conative symptoms in the novel of Tempat Paling Sunyi are automatism, reflex, instinct, lust, desire, desire.</em>
<p><em>This study aims to describe the factors that cause</em> <em>bullying behaviour of class XI students at MAN Singkawang. The research used is qualitative. The research subjects used were 13 people. The method used was the interview with sampling, the data source was purposive. Collection technique with triangulation. The results of this study indicated that factors causing bullying behaviour: (a) family factors were caused by a less harmonious family, incomplete (parents die or get divorced), communication between parents and children was not smooth, and unfair parenting; (b) the peer factor due to the excessive intensity of communication between peers allowed for the desire to bully at the instigation of their friends, so that they were considered to have full authority over their group; (c) the mass media factor, often excessive online gameplay and even more so the misuse of social media.</em></p>
