Pengujian yang dilakukan oleh penulis bertujuan untuk menguji maupun menganalis pengaruh locus of control, stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan pabrik PT.Tambi Kabupaten Wonosobo. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebagai sumber data adapun instrumen penelitian yang digunakan ialah dengan purposive sampling, teknik tersebut merupakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu yaitu dengan 100 responden dengan ketentuan karyawan diantaranya yaitu mempunyai masa kerja satu tahun lebih dan berusia minimal 18 tahun. Instrumen analisis yang peneliti gunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 20.0 dengan hasil yang menunjukan locus of control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan, stress kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja memediasi locus of control terhadap kinerja , kepuasan kerja memediasi stress kerja terhadap kinerja . The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between price and product quality on repurchase decisions with consumer satisfaction as a mediating variable. The sample used in this study were consumers at Dam Coffee House & Eatery, Magelang Regency. The sampling method is Accidental Sampling with 100 respondents. The analysis tool uses multiple regression with the help of SPSS 26.0 software. The results show that price has a positive effect on repurchase decisions, product quality has a positive effect on repurchase decisions, price has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction, product quality has a negative effect on consumer satisfaction, consumer satisfaction has a positive effect on repurchase decisions, consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between price and repurchase decisions, consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between product quality and repurchase decisions.
This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, advertising and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. The sample of this research is the general public who have purchased a Honda motorcycle consumer in Temanggung regency. The sampling method used quota sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS version 25.0 program. The result of this study indicates that positive and simultaneously effect on brand image, advertising and social media marketing on purchasing decisions. Partially, brand image and advertising have postive and significantly effect on purchasing decisions, but social media marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions.
To stop the spread of Covid-19 in the Magelang City region, the vaccination raid action was conducted with RST Dr. Soejdono Magelang. This activity begins in September and runs through December 2021. In the Magelang region, vaccination campaigns aimed at the general public are conducted all around the city. Additionally, RST. Dr. Soedjono delivered a vaccine holder to the hospital with a group of Unimma volunteers. The purpose of this vaccination campaign is to stop Covid-19 from spreading and to spread vaccination against it throughout the Magelang Regency. Data entry, vaccine injection, and vaccination card printing are the tasks completed. The results of this vaccination activity are expected to be able to break the chain of the spread of COVID-19 and facilitate services to the public in getting vaccines.
This study empirically tested and analyzed the decision-making factors of UMMagelang Faculty of Economics and Business students in choosing study programs. These factors include the image of tertiary institutions, interests, joint decisions, availability of jobs, sources of public information, and Word of Mouth (WOM) on the decision making of prospective students of the Faculty of Economics and Business UMMagelang to choose study programs.The sample used in this study was an early semester student at the management and accounting study program of FEB UMMagelang. The sample of semester 2 students is because they are classified as new students and can still be measured and identified their interest in choosing study programs at FEB UMMagelang. The results showed that the WOM method influenced the decision to choose a study program. It means that many of FEB UMMagelang students are often involved in communication and talking about FEB UMMagelang. Brand image is one of the considerations of prospective students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Magelang, choosing study programs at FEB UMMagelang. The joint decision to choose the bachelor program (S-1) at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Magelang also influenced the decision to vote. This shows that the role of parents and family influences the decision to choose study programs at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Magelang.
