For a long time, the primary approach to assessment was the normative approach when the individual achievements of students were compared with a particular norm (the results of most students). Recently, domestic pedagogical research has been developing a criteria-based approach to assessing academic achievement when students' achievements are compared with the amount of knowledge that needs to be acquired at a particular stage of training. This study aimed to determine the role of criteria-based assessment in the formation of students functional literacy in computer science and to build a criteria-based assessment model in the development of functional literacy beyond to demonstrate the effectiveness of the methods of formation of students functional literacy in computer science. The leading research methods were the criteria-based assessment methodology developed by the authors and the method of formative assessment. Some elements of the methodology of forming evaluation were considered. For further development of the methods for the formation of students functional literacy in computer science, a criteria-based assessment model has been built. The introduction of criteria-based assessment will allow to switch to a formative evaluation aimed at developing student competence. The evaluation, consisting of criteria that a student understands, stimulates him and makes the learning process meaningful. Based on practical experiments and the proposed criteria-based assessment, the effectiveness of methods for the formation of students functional literacy in computer science has been proved.
The article presents methods of control and assessment of knowledge in the context of distance learning. The definition of the term "Quality control" is given. The forms of control and assessment of knowledge are given: input, current, intermediate, final, using in the conditions of distance learning in Abai KazNPU. To study each topic of the training module, it is necessary to establish didactic goals, expressed at a certain level of knowledge assimilation. In the case of distance learning, in addition to testing the student's ability to memorize and understand the material, it is necessary to analyze problem situations, synthesize solutions, and check the compatibility of theoretical material with one's own experience. In this regard, and based on the experience of methods of control and assessment of knowledge in distance learning in a number of other countries, the methods of Open-book Exam or Open paper Exam, Open paper Exam, Open book Exam, Thinking exam are classified and recommended.
Currently, the main direction of modernization of Kazakhstan education is the assurance of its new quality. One of the most important issues in high school education is the issue of motivation. Learning modeling and its application in the course of informatics assists to approximate the subject to real life, to study the life processes, and also to see its practical value, that is, to contribute to achieving the goal of education -training of a person for future activities in society. Currently, a relatively simple Excel processor is used for relatively simple processing of numerical information and for modeling of the economic tasks. The purpose of this article is to show the features of the development of the methodological material under the title "Modeling of the economic tasks in Excel".In the article we used the following research methods: analysis of scientific, methodical literature and the publications in periodical journals, summary and systematization of the accumulated pedagogical experience of the teachers, the methods of experimental research, including observation of the educational process in the schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In the article elements of informatization of preschool and primary education at schools of the Republic of Kazakhstan, considering development of system of technical, program, methodical means, providing an introduction of computer science and computing in practice of training and educational process of propaedeutic course of computer science with wide usage of computerized intersubject connections in all school subjects in native Kazakh language are considered. On the one hand, the results will be rely on solution of problems of preschool education system in senior and preparatory groups of preschool institutions of the RK -kindergartens; on the other hand, -on organic interface of propaedeutic school course with basic course of computer science, including program and methodical systems in 5-th-9-th grades and with preprofessional school course of computer science. Besides, perspectives of usage of electronic educational resources in management of all three training levels -propaedeutic, basic and preprofessional will be taken into consideration.
