The article is devoted to the improvement of marketing communications in tourism and hospitality enterprises. It has been established that digital technologies used in marketing communications of tourism and hospitality enterprises will, in the nearest future, aim to create new forms of interaction with the audience. It has been proved that the crowd marketing method within integrated marketing communications, which accomplishes tasks comprehensively, could be of help in this regard. It has been determined that for the improvement of efficiency of marketing communications in the tourism and hospitality industry, it is of vital importance to invest in new digital channels of communication with the current and potential clients, to form new forms of relations for the exploration of new possibilities, to offer generous benefits for the attraction of consumers and to create autonomous and network communities for the solidification of the brand.
In modern conditions an important activity in the tourism industry of the Russian Federation is studing tourism markets for domestic tourism, attracting tourist flows in the small towns Russia through the development of new original sightseeing tours and tourist routes, the creation and development of innovative tourism infrastructure. According to the concept of the modern suburbs, great attention is paid to the development of priority points to attract tourists and tourist resources of the most important destinations in the region. In Moscow suburbs, there is a tourist route "Gubernskoe ring Moscow region" and twelve "points of attraction" for tourists – "The 12 pearls Moscow region." In accordance with the existing tourist resources Kolomna is related to the "South" zone of Moscow region with specialization: cultural, educational, pilgrim, scientific, educational, business and event tourism. Kolomna is one of the oldest cities in the Moscow region, which is included in "Gubernskoe ring Moscow region" and "The 12 pearls suburbs." Tourism products offered by travel companies in Kolomna, are very diverse: from a stationary rest with a rich excursion program to the programs presented by hunting and fishing tours, hiking trails, extreme and ecological tours with resting in picturesque places. Kolomna has a considerable potential and resources to enhance its attractiveness to tourists, primarily it is a large number of historical monuments. However, to use them in full the necessary measures is to improve the organization of tourist businesses in the city. To this end, should be developed programs of creating urban tourism clusters; and tourism organizations should study the demand and offer new themed tours and excursions, especially given the historical part of the city and the possibilities of its transport infrastructure (particularly water ways).
The article deals with designing convertible garments. The author considers the peculiarities of designing the fit and individual elements of convertible garments for various applications: workwear, tourism and sportswear, maternity wear, school uniforms, and other kinds of special-purpose clothes. The author outlines the ecology and economy-driven tasks and objectives of modern convertibles design, and claims that the market potential of convertible garments is enormous.
One of the rapidly developing at the present time segments of the economy in the beauty industry in the regions of the Russian Federation is the spa industry. Most professionals working in the hospitality industry celebrate the new mandatory component in the "portfolio needs" of tourists, which are wellness and spa treatments during the journey. The article focuses on the development of spa services in the Crimea as one of the most important segments of the economy of the beauty business in the region. On January 21, 2015 in Crimea at the business forum "South of Russia 20:15. Time to rest in a new way" there were addressed issues of a competitive SPA product. The forum was attended by representatives of the business community and the Ministry of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea. It is noted that the traditional leader of innovative development of spa industry in Russia is the Crimea. This is due to the natural features of the region, its medical resources, as well as the development of technological and technical content of this type of service. There was presented a catalog of spa facilities and spa products at the forum, which is formed by the union ofprofessionah «SPA-professionals Crimea." The article states that an effective instrument to ensure the quality and safety of spa services, as well as the way of fair competition among market participants is standardization. The authors present a conceptual model of one of the fundamental standards in the field of spa services — GOSTR 55317—2012 "Public services. Spa services. Terms and definitions " and assess the feasibility of its application in the territory of Crimea.
In the tourism and hospitality industry can be distinguished seven tourist service fields: the natural, cultural, historical, event, recreational, mythological, service, anthropological. At the modern tourist industry developing level exists a special opportunity to pick out the new tourist service fields types. Rostourism developed several programs, connected with difference tourist field aspects development. It allows the tourist amount in Russia increasing, in particular, in Moscow region, due to inner tourism developing. In the Moscow region it is possible to develop various types of tourism, such as winter, summer, child, adventure, ethnographic, floristic, ecological, and religious and photo tours. The modern concept of the Moscow region development provides the priority points of tourist attraction and tourist resources of destinations in the region development. In the Moscow suburbs are determined 12 “tourist attraction points”, named "12 pearls suburbs." The tourist field in Moscow suburb needs a development of such tourist field service parameters like: transport infrastructure; accommodation facilities; catering and trade and ctr. Russian and foreign tourists in the priority points of the Moscow region needs to develop attractive tourist routes, package offers tour programs and excursions. Aimed at the Russian and foreign tourists attraction to the Moscow region priority points, it is necessary to develop the special tourist routes, tourist programs and excursions.
