The purpose of this study was to estimate the effect of education level, accounting training and age of business on users of accounting information in MSME with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable in Dharmasraya Regency. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research that uses numbers and statistical calculations. Quantitative research is research whose type of data can be measured in a numerical scale (numbers). Where this study seeks to see a cause-and-effect relationship. The results showed that the level of education partially positive and significant effect on users of accounting information with tcount 2.841 > ttable 1,69. Accounting training partially has a positive and significant effect on users of accounting information with tcount 3.047 > ttable 1,69. Business age partially has a positive and significant effect on users of accounting information with tcount 3.522 > ttable 1,69. The conclusion is that the level of education, accounting training and age of business have a positive and significant effect on users of accounting information in MSME with environmental uncertainty as a moderating variable, because the values of tcount > ttable and Fcount > Ftable have a positive relationship direction
The purpose of this study is to determine the existence of the transfer of rights to customary land that has not been registered in the Dharmasraya district, how the rights of the people as owners of customary land that have not been registered to the high heritage heirlooms of people who have transitioned rights. This study uses an empirical juridical approach method which is expected to provide a descriptive description. Data collected in this research are primary data and secondary data. Where primary data is obtained directly from the community in the field through interviews, while secondary data is obtained from library research. All data obtained will be analyzed qualitatively.The results of this study indicate the existence of the transfer of customary land rights which have not been registered is getting higher, namely in the form of buying and selling, as evidenced by the existence of ulayat land as a high heritage heirloom where initially the customary land has a social function for its members, but after the transfer of rights in the form of buying and selling is done so that the communal rights of the communal land are lost and the function changes from the original function for social interests to the full rights of the buyer. The rights of the people as the owner of the communal land that has undergone the transfer of rights in the form of buying and selling with a letter of sale and purchase, members of the clan can claim back the communal land that has been bought and sold with that other party, if the transfer of rights is in the form of a grant from the customary owner, then the members of the clan cannot suing the status of land ownership obtained through the transfer of rights on a grant basis.
The rapid development of technology makes social media one of the most effective marketing strategies to influence purchasing decisions. Moreover, during the current COVID-19 pandemic, various policies have been implemented to minimize the spread of the virus, which has led many companies to start looking at tik-tok as a platform for marketing their products. Because tik-tok is a social media platform that has just emerged and is very popular during the pandemic, it occupies the fourth position as the most widely used social media platform, where most of its users are from Generation Z. Seeing this phenomenon, this research was conducted to find out and analyze what kind of impact is caused by content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z on tik-tok social media in Dharmasraya Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "the effect of content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) on the purchasing decisions of Generation Z cosmetics on tik-tok social media (a case study of Dharmasraya Regency). This study used a quantitative method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The total number of respondents who were used as samples was 225. The results of this study indicate that content marketing and electronic word of mouth (e-WOM) are partially and simultaneously proven to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Its R square value is 0.566, which means that all independent variables can explain 56.6% of the dependent variable. while the remaining 43.4% can be explained by other factors not tested in this study.
The One Stop Integrated Licensing Investment Office (DPMPTSP) Dharmasraya is one of the agencies whose functions are to prepare investment plans, review the development of the investment climate, carry out investment promotions, and provide investment licensing services. This study wants to see how far the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. This study was conducted to determine and analyze what kind of influence is caused by the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze "the influence of employee competence, work environment and work motivation on employee performance". This research uses quantitative methods, by distributing questionnaires, the respondents who are used as samples are as many as 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that based on the results of the F test, it is found that employee competence (x1), work environment (x2) and employee motivation (x3) have a simultaneous significant effect on employee performance (y). value of 34.227 can be seen this test is carried out by comparing the F-count value with the F-table because the F-count value is greater than the F-table value (34.227 > 3.20). The F-count value is 34.227 with a significant level (0.000<0.005). so that jointly employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Then it can be obtained that H0 is rejected, H4 is accepted, it means that employee competence, work environment and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The value of R square of employee performance (Y) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the value of Adjusted R Square (coefficient of determination) is 0.691 or 69.1% while the remaining 30.9% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Trust is the main capital in online shopping. This research was conducted to examine the influence of trust in perceived of risk mediation on the intention to transact online shopping on social media Instagram. The sample of this research is 120 women in Padang City. The research method uses quantitative analysis techniques using a questionnaire, sampling method is non-probability sampling using purposive sampling tectic.
