The aim of this study is to explore the impact of supply chain 4.0 technologies (e.g., big data and Internet-of-things) of the strategic outcomes of supply chain 4.0. The required data was collected via a questionnaire from a sample consisting of 211 employees from construction companies in Jordan. The results point out that big data and the Internet of things have significant impacts on the strategic outcomes of supply chain 4.0. Hence, it was concluded that supply chain technologies are pivotal drivers of supply chain strategic outcomes. Based on these results companies are called to adopt and integrate Industry 4.0 technologies into their supply chains to improve supply chain long-run performance. Scholars were also encouraged to investigate the impact of supply chain 4.0 technologies on other constructs such as supply chain resilience.
This study came with the aim of identifying the impact of the green supply chain on sustainability. This research targeted managers at the senior and middle levels of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Jordan, as they were formulating the company's strategies and determining its policies. A purposive sample consisting of 258 managers was selected. To gather the data needed for the analysis, a self-report questionnaire was used formulated electronically through Google Forms. AMOS software was used to examine the research hypotheses. The study concluded that there was an impact of the green supply chain with its dimensions (Eco-Design, Green Distribution, Green Purchasing, Green Manufacturing, and Green Reverse Logistics) on sustainability. Based on this result, the researcher recommends pharmaceutical companies in Jordan to take green initiatives and the trends towards implementing a green supply chain approach that reduces the consumption of non-renewable resources and waste, and to establish special laws and regulations in the company that oblige employees to apply the green approach in their practices within the work.
The core purpose of this study is to determine the impact of electronics marketing (word of mouth), perceived value, and social networking on customer buying behaviour through customer trust in the context of cosmetic industry of Jordan. To accomplish the main research objective, the study has followed SEM technique for analysing collected data. For data collection, the use of survey questionnaire has been made, in which data was collected from total 223 respondents. The results of this study confirm the significant impact of perceived value on customer trust and customer buying behaviour, whereas electronic marketing (word of mouth) was found to have insignificant impact on both customers buying behaviour and customer trust. Findings also revealed the significant impact of social networking networks on customer buying behaviour. However, its impact on customer trust was insignificant. With respect to mediating effect, customer trust significantly mediates the association between perceived value and customer buying behaviour.

The study recommended that there is a need for reengineering all departments and units that suffer from performance problems according to reengineering approach roles for the purpose of making core changes that increase the process efficiency in raising performance level and increasing its efficiency. The research also recommended that there is a need to take into account the factors that contribute to the success of reengineering process and which is appropriate to the nature of Electricity distribution Company.
