Managerial performance may reflect organizational performance. The achievement of organizational goals closely related to managerial performance, but many researchers only look in terms of workforce performance, whereas managerial roles as leaders of organizations have a huge influence in making decisions. A leader also needs emotional intelligence related to how to make the right decisions according to the organization's goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of emotional intelligence on managerial performance directly and indirectly through decision making. The sample in this study amounted to 44 regional device organizations leaders in Bungo Regency. Data analysis method using path analysis. The results of the study note that emotional intelligence and decision making simultaneously affect managerial performance, but partially decision making has a more dominant influence. The indirect effect of emotional intelligence on managerial performance through decision making is greater than the direct influence of emotional intelligence on managerial performance, thus decision making is able to be an intermediary variable for the influence of emotional intelligence on managerial performance. The implication of the study is that if a managerial has good emotional intelligence it will be able to produce the right decision, so that it will have an impact on managerial performance.

The decline of MSMEs numbers is a challenge for the government to think about how that MSMEs could survive and be sustainable. Determining the sustainability strategy is not necessarily the best strategy and in accordance with the objectives in MSMEs, so that problems arise to determine the best sustainability strategy. Therefore, in this study a combination of the SWOT method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to compare the existing alternative sustainability strategies. The difference between this research and previous research lies in determining criteria and sub-criteria and alternative choices. The number of samples used is as many as seven business owners of Banana Sale. For processing research data is assisted by using the Decision Support System (DSS) application. The results of the study on the SWOT analysis show that from the strength of the company it is dominated by products that have distinctive features and competitive prices. In terms of weaknesses, namely small capital and limited product variants are weaknesses that must be addressed immediately. Opportunities include wide market opportunities and loyal consumers. But the threat to this company is limited raw materials, weather and many new competitors to be a concern for the company. From the results of data processing using the Decision Support System application, the highest alternative option is to increase capital so that business continuity can continue.

Mother’s own milk is the best source of nutrition for almost all babies. Beyond somatic growth, breast milk as a biological fluid has various other benefits, including modulation of postnatal bowel function, ontogeny immunity, and brain development. Although breastfeeding is highly recommended, breastfeeding may not always be possible, appropriate or just adequate. However, following baby’s growth and development, breast milk alone is no longer enough to add nutrition to children. Because of that the baby must be given Mother’s Milk Complementary Food. One milk product that has the best market is a formula, but it is not easy to choose what formula is suitable to meet the nutritional content of babies. Baby formula milk is a substitute produced by the industry for baby consumption. Infant formula tries to mimic the nutritional composition of ASI as close as possible, and is based on cow’s milk or soy milk. A number of alternatives for cow milk-based formulas also exist. One of the SPK methods that can be used is PROMETHEE II. Based on the results of research using 9 criteria, namely: Energy, Fat, Sugar Protein, Carbohydrates, Sodium, Protein, Affordable Prices, More Variants of Flavor, Easy to Search and 5 Alternatives, namely: Dancow, SGM Eksplor, Vidoran Xmart, LactoGrow, Bebelac 3. The results of the assessment obtained the final result of the calculation of net flow is Vidoran Xmart (0.2075: Ranking 1), Bebelac 3 with net flow (0.0825: Ranking 2) and Dancow with net flow (0.0425: Ranking 3). It is hoped that this research can contribute to parents so that they will no doubt choose formula milk that is suitable for babies.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang peran unit pelayanan perempuan dalam menangani korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT), mengetahui hambatan dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam penangananan tersebut. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang informan. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa peran Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo dalam menangani Korban KDRT, diantaranya: Penyediaan Ruang Pelayanan Khusus (RPK) di kantor Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo dan Membantu Pemulihan Korban KDRT. Hambatan Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo dalam menangani Korban KDRT, diantaranya: Fasilitas Ruang Pelayanan Khusus di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo masih belum memadai, Terbatasnya jumlah Personil di Unit PPA dan tidak ada Psikolog khusus di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo, Kurang maksimalnya Unit PPA dalam melakukan proses pemeriksaan dan penyidikan kasus KDRT. Sedangkan Upaya yang dapat dilakukan Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo dalam menangani Korban KDRT, diantaranya: Meningkatkan Fasilitas Ruang Pelayanan Khusus di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo hingga memadai dan Meningkatkan jumlah personel di Unit PPA dan mengajukan Psikolog khusus di Unit PPA Sat Reskrim Polres Bungo.

Terdapat hubungan dialektis antara ilmu dan teknologi.Pada satu sisi, ilmu menyediakan bahan pendukung penting bagi kemajuan teknologi yakni berupa teori-teori. Pada sisi lain penemuan teknologi sangat membantu perluasan cakrawala penelitian ilmiah, yakni dengan dikembangkannya perangkat penelitian berteknologi mutakhir. Bahkan dapat dikatakan, dewasa ini kemajuan ilmu mengandalkan dukungan teknologi, sebaliknya kemajuan teknologi mengandalkan dukungan ilmu.Semakin canggihnya teknologi digital masa kini membuat perubahan besar terhadap dunia, dan telah melahirkan berbagai macam teknologi baru yang semakin maju. Teknologi pada era digital ini membawa banyak manfaat dari berbagai bidang seperti politik, eknomi, sosial budaya, pertahanan atau keamanan serta teknologi informasi, namun tidak dipungkiri setiap pemanfaatannya memiliki tantangan.
