Purpose:to substantiate the application of a rational program of health-training sessions in the educational process of physical education of students in different phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle. Material:in study participated students (n=127), who did not have deviations in health (the main medical group). According to the results of the tests were determined: heart rate; blood pressure; vital capacity of the lungs. To determine physical performance was used Harvard step-test. Physical exercises from the main means of health fitness were used differentially and dosed. Results:It was established that the consideration in the phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle of indicators of the functional state, changes in well-being and working capacity give an opportunity: planning loads in the training process; adjustment of volume and intensity of loads. We recommend to schedule the load of our program as follows: in the menstrual phase -the development of flexibility (moderate load); in the postmenstrual phase -development of coordination, overall endurance; in ovulatory -speed development; in postovulatory -development of special endurance; in premenstrual -the development of strength, flexibility. In the postmenstrual and postovulatory phase, a high level of physical working capacity, functional state of the cardiopulmonary system has been registered. It also has a positive effect on body weight correction in the women students. Conclusions:When developing programs of health training sessions with women students it is necessary to take into account the phases of the ovarian-menstrual cycle.
The paper considers the use of renewable energy sources, the economic efficiency of their full-scale implementation, the policies of European countries on the development of energy systems and domestic energy networks. Existing energy networks in most cases do not meet modern market requirements. First, it concerns energy supply based on the renewable energy sources as most of the electricity is supplied to the electric networks in a decentralized way and only then to the consumers. Therefore, the key tool for successful energy redistribution should be the expansion of powerful regional transmission networks and local distribution networks. At the same time, consumption and conventional energy generation should become more flexible to meet market requirements. The use of “smart technologies”, especially digitalization with the help of smart energy meters, should be the driving tool to create new economic opportunities and simplify the coordination of energy generation and consumption. The use of “smart technologies” for renewable energy should be the basis for the energy systems development in Ukraine. International practices indicate the effectiveness of these technologies. The main advantage of their implementation is the security of energy supply to consumers, which significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions as well as technological energy losses in the electric grid. One more advantage is the optimization of existing energy systems and their intelligent automation that allows the efficient use of renewable energy sources, reduction of the transmission losses through networks, the increase of the stability level of electricity supplies, the reduction of the negative impact of energy systems on the environment and meeting consumers’ needs for reliable energy supply. У статті досліджено теоретичні та методологічні основи формування економічної безпеки регіону. Зазначено, що регіон, попри тенденції впливу соціальних та економічних аспектів, має свої специфічні проблеми, зокрема, стосовно забезпечення економічної безпеки, які форму ються під впливом геополітичного положення, природно кліматичних умов, наявності сировин них ресурсів, галузей економіки, структури населення. Указано, що економічна безпека дер жави складається з безлічі загроз економічній безпеці регіонів. Україна, наразі, вже має досвід формування економічної безпеки на державному рівні. А ось відсутність подібної практики на місцевому рівні сьогодні є серйозною проблемою. Зважаючи на вказане, це питання є актуаль ним та потребує пошуково аналітичних та практичних розробок. Проведено аналіз методики формування економічної безпеки регіональної політики. Визна чено детермінаційні чинники економічної безпеки регіону. Окреслено перешкоди і загрози еко номічної безпеки регіону, встановлено характеристики та спрогнозовано їх наслідки. Запро поновано методику оцінки рівня регіональної економічної безпеки, яка містить у собі систему основних критеріїв індикаторів, які дають можливість кількісно визначити рівень економічної безпеки регіону. Пропонована методика враховує диференціацію регіонів за рівнем життя та спеціалізацією і дає змогу спрогнозувати, як при низьких критеріальних порогових значеннях в одній сфері діяльності, регіон може отримати кращі показники за іншими, пріоритетними для нього, напрямами, забезпечивши собі високі позиції у підсумку. Використання такої методики надасть можливість виявити слабкі сторони (місцевості) регіону, які перебувають у зоні ризику і потребують реформування системи на різних рівнях управління, а також забезпечить високий рівень економічної безпеки регіону на основі досягнення стабільності показників економічної безпеки. У підсумку, на основі проведеного дослідження, надано практичні рекомендації стосовно забезпечення економічної безпеки регіону.
Aim: Determining the effectiveness of the developed comprehensive physical rehabilitation program for athletes with chronic patellar tendinopathy. Materials and Methods: Participants were randomly divided into the main and control groups consisting of 11 people each. The complex rehabilitation program in the main group combined laser therapy and different types of therapeutic exercises, in the control group the laser therapy was excluded. The effectiveness of the intervention was evaluated by the intensity of pain in the patella (Visual Analog Scale) and the functional ability of the knee (VISA-P scale). Results: At the end of the intervention, a significant reduction in pain was observed in both groups. The average scores on the VAS scale were reduced to 2.0 points in the main group and to 3.5 in the control one. The share of patients, whose pain was eased, was 27.27 per cent in the main group, in the control group such people were not detected. After two months of intervention according to the results of the VISA-P scale in both study groups, there was an improvement in the functional capacity of the knee joint. Thus, the average number of points increased by 30.5 points in the main group, and by 12.0 in the control one. Conclusions: The use of high-frequency laser therapy in a comprehensive program of physical rehabilitation of patients with patellar tendinopathy shows better results for reducing pain and improving the functioning of the knee joint than without it. We believe that high-frequency laser therapy can be used as an important adjunct to various types of therapeutic exercises in the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with patellar tendinopathy.
Aim: The aim of the work was to reveal the peculiarities of implemetation of a multidisciplinary approach in a system of physical therapy. Materials and Methods: Theoretical analysis and systematization of data of scientific-methodical literature, data of Internet network. Conclusions: Implementation of the rehabilitation program is defined as a comprehensive task that requires participation of a team of specialists, where everyone has a list of specific and interchangeable functions. Each of the specialists in the multidisciplinary team is responsible for the patient. At the same time, building of the rehabilitation program, choosing of strategies and means are subordinated to the commonly developed goal.
