Pandemi Covid-19 telah membuat banyak orang, hampir dari semua kelompok umur di berbagai negara, terpaksa menjalani kebiasaan baru yang berpotensi meruntuhkan kesehatan mental. Mulai dari para petugas kesehatan, siswa-siswi yang tidak bisa ke sekolah, pekerja yang berisiko terpapar Covid-19 dan terancam gelombang PHK, masyarakat yang jatuh miskin karena ekonomi terus memburuk, hingga mereka yang harus menjalani isolasi saat lock down, semua menghadapi risiko penurunan kualitas kesehatan mental. Tujuan dari Program Pengabdian Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan mental baik di masa pandemic maupun kehidupan selanjutnya. P2M ini diberikan pada seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dengan metode intervensi berupa pemberian seminar, efektivitas dari program ini diukur dengan menggunakan metode survey dan kuesioner mengenai kesehatan mental. Hasil dari Kegiatan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian informasi dan pengetahuan mengenai kesehatan mental dapat mempengaruhi kemampuan peserta dalam menghadapi gangguan kesehatan mental. Peserta yang memahami materi yang disampaikan juga lebih banyak (64%) dibandingkan peserta yang kurang memahami, dan 66% peseta menilai bahwa program yang dilakukan tercapai. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of self-esteem with celebrity worship on members of social network Bollywood Mania Club Indonesia (BMCI). Use of the Internet results in such groups transcending national and geographical boundaries communities. Hence sustained celebrity worship within outside microcommunities might not be as prevalent in the next generation of middle-aged consumers. Population and sample in this study are members of BMCI in Jakarta, which amounted to 250 people. The sampling technique used in this study is the probability sampling. This research is a correlational-quantitative with Pearson product moment correlation test. Results showed there are relationships between self-esteem with celebrity worship in BMCI members in Jakarta, where the significance value of 0.000 (p> 0.05). This means that self-esteem affects celebrity worship BMCI members of Bollywood. The relationship is in a negative direction. When members of BMCI has high self-esteem, they will be able to control their emotions, able to evaluate so they would be able to love their idol naturally or it can be said that these individuals are experiencing low celebrity worship. Moreover, when members of BMCI has low self-esteem, when they experience problems, they were less able to control their emotions, he less able to evaluate the situation or problems on themselves, so it tend to seek comfort outside the family by loving their idol excessive or unreasonable, in other words, the individual is experiencing a high celebrity worship.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the role playing method as an effort to improve teacher knowledge and skills in managing bullying at SD N 11 Duri Kepa. The population and sample in this study were teachers at SD N 11 Duri Kepa, amounting to 19 teachers. The scale of knowledge and skills in handling bullying is based on references from Olweus (1993) and the Teacher Inventory of Skills and Knowledge (TISK) compiled by Horne, Bartolomucci, & Newman (2004). The research method was quasi-experimental with non-randomized one-group pretest-posttest design, and the analysis test used was t-test. Statistical test results obtained by the significance of (p) = 0.014; (p) <0.05, which means that there is an effect of the role playing method on the teacher's knowledge, and the significance result is (p) = 0.920; (p)> 0.05 there is no effect of the role playing method on teacher skills.
Teachers as a professionals are tasked with teaching, educating, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in early childhood education, formal education, primary education and advanced education. Direct relationships between teachers and the institution are widely perceived as more rigid than relationship between teachers and the principal. Whereas hierarchy boundaries between the institution and the teachers are more in the sense of indirect relationships. However in reality, many schools stumbled with otoritary attitude by the institution and one-way communication. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of assertive communication training towards teachers' assertiveness in SDIT, Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Method used in this study is a quasiexperiment with non randomized one-group pretestposttest. The participants of this study are teachers from SDIT X, West Jakarta, who teach in the irst grade to sixth grade. T-test analysis then conducted to assess the effect of leadership style towards teachers' assertiveness in SDIT X, West Jakarta. Based on the result of the statistical analysis using paired sample t-test, we found that there is no signi icant effect (p = 0.30; p > 0.05) between assertive training towards assertive communication ability in teachers of SDIT X,
