The experience of being a child in conflict with the law affects teenagers to adapt to their environment. The purpose of this study is to understand and describe social adaptation strategies that occur in adolescents who have been conflicted with the law. The research method used is qualitative-descriptive. This study involved two teenagers who had conflicted with the law at the Class IA Kutoarjo Child Correctional Institution, aged 17 and 19 years. The results showed that one of the two informants still felt social anxiety when returning to the community. In contrast, the other informant believed adapting to their environment. The informants' social adaptation strategy consisted of three kinds, namely behavioral adaptation, tactical adaptation, and process adaptation. The strategy for social adaptation of adolescents who have conflicted with the law is to begin to involve themselves in the community by establishing adequate communication with those around them, participating in community activities, and reversing the negative stigma of others against them. Pengalaman menjadi anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum mempengaruhi remaja beradaptasi dengan lingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah maemahami dan mendeskripsikan strategi adaptasi sosial yang terjadi pada remaja yang pernah berhadapan dengan hukum. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif-deskriptif. Penelitian ini melibatkan dua orang remaja yang pernah berhadapan dengan hukum di Lembaga Permasyarakatan Khusus Anak Kelas IA Kutoarjo yang berusia 17 dan 19 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa satu informan masih merasakan kecemasan sosial ketika kembali ke masyarakat, sementara informan lainnya yakin dirinya mampu menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya. Strategi adaptasi sosial yang dilakukan oleh informan terdiri dari tiga macam, yaitu adaptasi perilaku, adaptasi siasat, dan adaptasi proses. Strategi adaptasi sosial remaja yang pernah berhadapan dengan hukum adalah mulai melibatkan diri dalam masyarakat dengan menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan orang di sekitarnya, mengikuti kegiatan dalam masyarakat, serta berusaha memperbaiki stigma negatif orang lain terhadap dirinya.
ABSTRAKAktivitas pendistribusian merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dari akhir sebuah proses produksi. Distribusi ini sangat menentukan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dari sebuah perusahaan karena menyangkut penjadwalan dan tingkat biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk mendistribusikan sebuah produk. Metode yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) dan data yang didapatkan berdasar data histori selama 1 tahun dengan tujuan penelitian yaitu, mengoptimalkan penjadwalan aktivitas distribusi dan melakukan distribusi dengan biaya yang efisien. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengolahan data yang dilakukan pada distribusi kota Surabaya dan Banjarmasin sesuai distribusi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan total biaya distribusi sebesar Rp. 153.262.674 dengan total frekuensi pengiriman sebanyak 14 kali. Berdasarkan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) dengan menggunakan teknik forecasting (peramalan) linear regression, menghitung lot sizing (ukuran lot), dan safety stock (stok pengaman) maka, biaya distribusi yang dihasilkan sebesar Rp. 93.205.567 dengan total frekuensi pengiriman sebanyak 7 kali. Dengan menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) ini maka didapatkan penurunan biaya distribusi sebesar 39,18% atau sebanyak Rp. 60.057.107 dari biaya distribusi yang dilakukan tanpa menggunakan metode Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP). ABSTRACTThis distribution is crucial to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of a company because it involves scheduling and the level of costs needed to distribute a product. The method used in this case is the method of Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) and the data obtained is based on historical data for 1 year with the aim of research that is, optimizing scheduling of distribution activities and conducting distribution at an efficient cost. Based on the results of research and data processing carried out on the distribution of the cities of Surabaya and Banjarmasin according to the distribution carried out by the company the total distribution cost of Rp. 153,262,674 with a total frequency of 14 times. Based on the method of Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) using forecasting techniques (forecasting) linear regression, calculating the sizing lot (lot size), and safety stock (safety stock) then, the distribution costs generated amounted to Rp. 93,205,567 with a total frequency of 7 times. By using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method, a reduction in distribution costs is obtained by 39.18% or as much as Rp. 60,057,107 of distribution costs carried out without using the Distribution Requirement Planning (DRP) method.
<p><em>The ability to solve mathematical problems is one of the competencies that must be mastered by students so that learning objectives are achieved properly. Therefore, an appropriate method is needed in learning mathematics at school. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an influence of Type STAD Cooperative Learning on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class X students of SMKS Siti Banun TA. 2020-2021. This type of research is quantitative with quasi-experimental methods. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling consisting of two classes with each class consisting of 38 students. The instrument used in this study was a test of mathematical problem solving abilities in the form of a description. The research hypothesis was analyzed using the t-test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that there was an influence of Type-STAD cooperative learning on the mathematical problem solving abilities of class X students of SMK Siti Banun TA. 2020-2021. This is evidenced by the results of the analysis with the help of the SPSS program which shows a significance number of 0,00 < 0,05.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p>Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis merupakan salah satu kompetensi yang wajib dikuasai oleh siswa agar tujuan pembelajaran tercapai dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan metode yang tepat dalam pembelajaran matematika di sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas X SMKS Siti Banun TA. 2020-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi eksperimen. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampling jenuh yang terdiri dari dua kelas dengan masing-masing kelas terdiri dari 38 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa soal tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis berbentuk uraian. Hiptesis penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diperoleh simpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe-STAD terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas X SMK Siti Banun TA. 2020-2021. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil analisis dengan bantuan program SPSS yang menunjukkan angka signifikansi <em>0,00 < 0,05..</em></p>
The use of image and SWAY media can improve students' reading skills in the Indonesian language at State Elementary School 32 Tumpumpua VI. This type of research uses the classroom action research method, which consists of two cycles. The research procedure includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects are grade 1 students, a total of 28 students, 13 male and 15 female. The research results show an improvement in students' learning achievements in the skill of reading beginners in the second cycle, from a success rate of 57% completed with an average score of 70.86 in the first cycle to 100% completed with an average score of 83.82 in the second cycle. SWAY learning media can improve students' reading beginner skills in various ways, such as attractive visualization, enjoyable learning, flexible, interactive, and personalized. Therefore, the use of SWAY learning media needs to be applied and implemented in elementary school learning to improve students' learning achievements.
