The article highlights the problem of physical training of student youth in the conditions of non-physical culture education. The features of the influence of the method of interval training according to the “Tabata” system on the physical fitness of students have been investigated. Revealed significant differences in the level of physical fitness of students after the pedagogical experiment. It was found that the implementation of the method of interval training according to the Tabata system within the framework of physical education of students of non-physical culture institutions of higher education affects the education of endurance, strength, speed-strength qualities, speed and dexterity, which contributes to the improvement of physical fitness and the formation of a harmoniously developed personality. In the course of the study, the results were obtained that allow expanding and supplementing the existing data on the increase in the effectiveness of the process of physical education in the HEI based on the implementation of the method of interval training according to the “Tabata” system, which is observed in a significant increase in the indicators of physical fitness of students. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to determine the actual factors of using the method of interval training according to the Tabata system for physical training of students. The results of the pedagogical experiment allow to expand and supplement the existing data to increase the efficiency of the process of physical education of students based on the implementation of the method of interval training system “Tabata”, which is observed in a significant increase in physical fitness of students in the experimental group.
The article analyzes the influence of physical education classes on the improvement of physical performance of female students of higher education institutions. It has been proven that the inadequacy of the content and volume of physical education in institutions of higher education is not able to fully solve the complex of tasks of physical improvement, spiritual and intellectual development of students of higher education. It was established that the low effectiveness of the implementation of the physical education program in institutions of higher education is caused not only by the lack of time allocated for mandatory physical education classes, but also by the insufficient development of scientifically based methods of building the educational process of physical education. In this regard, the indicated shortcomings in the system of compulsory classes are intended to compensate for self-active and independent forms of physical education organization under the conditions of leisure time, the potential possibilities of which attract the increased attention of modern theoreticians and practitioners. The independent process of physical improvement of female students determines the strengthening of the educational and methodological orientation of the pedagogical process, the assimilation of knowledge by female students that would allow them to rationally carry out physical and sports activities using various means of physical culture, traditional and non-traditional methods of physical education, as well as the full use of free time, increasing educational orientation of physical education specifically in the conditions of leisure time
The purpose of the work: to investigate the influence of modern fitness technologies on the level of physical condition of students of higher education. Methodology: theoretical research methods were used, in particular, analysis and generalization of methodological, psychological-pedagogical and educational-methodical literature, which made it possible to reveal the influence of modern fitness technologies on the health of student youth, determining the health of students according to the Pyrogova method. Scientific novelty: it was found that the indicators of the state of health, physical fitness, motor activity and motivation of students for traditional physical education classes are at a rather low level. A survey of physical education teachers showed that in institutions of higher education there is an insufficient amount of computer equipment that would be used during classes. The physical condition of higher education graduates who are engaged in modern fitness programs, where the results are observed to be significantly higher, was also analyzed. Conclusions: the main idea of introducing fitness technolo gies into the educational process of physical education is to create a conscious attitude to health-related activities, the formation of a sustainable interest in physical culture, a positive and active attitude to a healthy lifestyle, and the disclosure of everyone's creative and motor abilities. This approach has a positive effect on the physical condition of those who practice. The interest of young people in fitness culture is due to the accessibility, effectiveness and emotionality of the components of its basis of health fitness, among which are elective physical exercises with the use of innovative programs and technologies, components of a healthy lifestyle, the possibility of diagnosing physical condition, visible external improvements, etc.
