Every company wants high-performing human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Putra Karella Mare directly and mediation. This study uses a quantitative approach that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the relationship between one variable with another with the intention to test hypotheses that have been formulated previously. This study will explain the causal relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. In this study, the analysis method used is path analysis (PATH) using the help of the SmartPLS 3.2.8 program. The results found that motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive effect not significant on performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance if mediated by job satisfaction
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional dan Bank Size terhadap Profitabilitas melalui Capital Adequacy Ratio pada bank yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2014-2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini adalah Bank BUMN yang terdiri dari empat Bank dan BUSN Devisa yang terdiri dari 10 Bank. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan langsung dan tidak langsung Non Performing Loan, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional dan Bank Size terhadap Profitabilitas Melalui Capital Adequacy Ratio adalah menggunakan Path Analysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial Non Performing Loan dan Bank Size tidak terdapat pengaruh secara langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap Profitabilitas. Sedangkan Loan to Deposit Ratio dan Beban Operasional Pendapatan Operasional terdapat pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan dapat dilihat bahwa hasil uji simultan untuk Model 1 diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 229.734 dengan p-value sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05), dan untuk Model 2del 2 diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 11.655 dengan p-value sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05) The purpose of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effects of Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operational Expenses of Operational Income and Bank Size on the Profitability through Capital Adequacy Ratio on banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018. The samples used in this research are BUMN Banks consisting of four Banks and Foreign Exchange BUSN consisting of 10 Banks. The analysis used to determine the direct and indirect relationship of Non-Performing Loans, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Operating Expenses of Operational Income and Bank Size to the Profitability through Capital Adequacy Ratio is Path Analysis. Based on the results of the research in partial analysis, Non-Performing Loans and Bank Size have no direct and indirect effect on the profitability. However, Loan to Deposit Ratio and Operational Expenses of Operational Income have a direct and indirect effect on the profitability. Simultaneously, it can be seen that the simultaneous test results for Model 1 obtained Fcount value of 229,734 with p-value of 0,000 (<0.05), and for the 2del 2 Model obtained Fcount value of 11,655 with p-value of 0,000 (<0.05).
This study aims to test and analyze the work discipline of positive and significant effect on performance clerk Bappeda East halmahera Regency, the moderating influence of Retribution against the work performance of the employee discipline Bappeda East halmahera Regency, organizational commitment and significant positive effect on performance clerk Bappeda East halmahera Regency, and retribution to moderate the influence of organizational commitment on performance clerk Bappeda kabupaten East Halmahera. Methods of analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression that analysts used to analyze whether the variable eksogenus (a work discipline, organizational commitment, and retribution) affect variable endogenus (performance employees). The research results showed that the variables work discipline, organizational commitment, and retribution is positive and significant effect on performance in the next variable employee discipline of work and organisational commitment is also positive and significant effect against retribution on halmahera Regency or halmahera bappeda timurdari test results have significance > t-table, or 5,050 > 1,679, then disciplined to work influential and significantly to the performance of the employees. t-female > t-table, or 5,769 > 1,679, then the most influential and significant organizational commitment against the performance of employees.
This study examines the effect of human resources on performance expectancy, social influences, facilitating conditions, use behavior, and system quality by making use of information technology systems of regional finance to produce a qualified financial report in the government of Enrekang Regency. The object of this research states the civil apparatus having a position in the financial management unit consisting of 31 OPD. The sample consisted of 95 respondents selected proportionally. The result of the study indicate that (1) performance expectancy has a positive and significant on the quality of the financial report, (2) social influence does not significantly effect of the quality of the financial report, (3) facilitating conditions has a positive and significant effect on the quality of financial report, (4) use behavior has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the financial report, and ( 5) system quality has a positive and significant effect on the quality of the financial report
