Motivasi merupakan syarat mutlak dalam belajar. Siswa yang belajar tanpa motivasi (ataukurang motivasi) tidak akan berhasil dengan maksimal. Siswa akan terdorong untukbelajar apabila mereka memiliki motivasi untuk belajar. 1) Kuatnya kemauan untukberbuat, 2) Jumlah waktu yang disediakan untuk belajar, 3) Kerelaan meninggalkankewajiban atau tugas yang lain, 4) Ketekunan dalam mengerjakan tugas.Menumbuhkanmotivasi belajar siswa merupakan salah satu teknik dalam mengembangkan kemampuandan kemauan belajar. Sebagai guru atau calon guru sebisa mungkin kita harus selaluberupaya untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar terutama bagi siswa yangmengalami kesulitan dalam belajar dengan menggunakan berbagai upaya yang dapatdilakukan oleh guru yaitu 1) Memperjelas tujuan yang ingin dicapai. 2) Membangkitkanmotivasi siswa. 3) Ciptakan suasana yang menyenangkan dalam belajar. 4)Mengguanakan variasi metode penyajian yang menarik. 5) Berilah pujian yang wajarsetiap keberhasilan siswa. 6) Berikan penilaian. 7) Berilah komentar terhadap hasilpekerjaan siswa. 8) Ciptakan persaingan dan kerjasama.Kata kunci: motivasi belajar, upaya guru
The purposes of this study are To know the barriers and solutions in the management of medical record documents as an effort to keep the medical secrets in health care unit. Research method used in this study is empiricalnormativejuridical, by using secondary data consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, tertiary legal materials, and primary data as supporting data. This research uses descriptive analytical. The results of this study are; 1) Medical secrets are the patient's right which much be protected and upheld by all health care providers. 2) Violation of the rights of these patients is a crime that can be sued by the law. The barrier found in this research is in reality, many hospitals are lack of medical records staffs to manage the medical documents. The solution to this problem is to build health care partnership that puts the health providers and the health receivers in a partnership. The suggestion is the health care providers should hire professional medical record staffs for keeping the medical secrets.
This study aims to determine the type of speech used by an orphaned teenager in daily communication. This research includes field research in the form of case studies with qualitative approaches and presented descriptively. The main data of the study are speeches in the activities of everyday speech acts. The data source is a 21-year-old orphaned teenager. The results showed that the type of speech used, namely the declarative, representative, expressive, directive, and commissive type. While the dominant sentence form is used, namely direct and literal sentences.
Guru merupakan salah satu komponen terpenting dalam dunia pendidikan. Ruh pendidikan sesungguhnya terletak dipundak guru. Bahkan, baik buruknya atau berhasil tidaknya pendidikan hakikatnya ada di tangan guru. Sebab, sosok guru memiliki peranan yang strategis dalam ”mengukir” peserta didik menjadi pandai, cerdas, terampil, bermoral dan berpengetahuan luas. Sebagai tenaga edukatif dalam lingkup sekolah, guru harus memiliki kompetensi-kompetensi dasar kependidikan. Sebab dalam interaksi pembelajaran peserta didik, seorang guru harus bisa melakukan demonstrasi yang hidup dan menyenangkan bagi peserta didik. Kemampuan dasar yang harus dimiliki guru adalah yang sesuai dengan nilai dan norma yang berlaku. Misalnya, berkepribadian dewasa, mandiri dan bertanggung jawab terutama secara moral sehingga dapat dijadikan teladan bagi peserta didiknya. Kompetensi yang dimaksud adalah kompetensi kepribadian. This research aimed to develop an interactive multimedia-based mathematics lesson using Adobe flash on the probability material at SMK, to know the quality of media and increase student mathematical connection. This used the research development model 4-D. The instrument in this study is the learning media validation sheet, student’s response questionnaire to measure the media simplicity, and the question test to measure the media effectiveness. The results are described: 1) the validity level of mathematical interactive multimedia to improve the mathematical connection and the students’ learning achievements meet the valid criteria with a result of 89.17%. 2) The practicality level of mathematical interactive multimedia to improve the mathematical connection and achievements of a student’s learning meet the practice criteria with results 83.71%. 3) the effectiveness level of the mathematical interactive multimedia to improve the student’s mathematical connection meets the effectiveness criteria with results of 80,28%. The developed interactive mathematics multimedia can improve students’ mathematical connection skills in probability learning of 27.62% on the first indicator and 36.18% on the second indicator. So, the interactive mathematics multimedia that was developed can improve student’s mathematical connection skills in probability learning at SMKN 1 Wonoasri.
