Consumer behavior is not just buying to meet needs and wants, but also includes the study of how involved decision-making processes and exchange processes and various things that affect individual and social life. The coronavirus pandemic is highly contagious and has spread rapidly and is happening globally. The spread of this disease outbreak has affected consumer behavior. The situation during the pandemic caused buying activities to change online. Consumers avoid physical contact to avoid transmission. In addition, panic buying occurred in several situations due to excessive anxiety from the public. This article reviews opinions on changes in consumer behavior during the Covid-19 pandemic. How consumers behave during the pandemic and the impact that occurs on shopping behavior in the post-pandemic.
Entrepreneurship is very important for the community because with entrepreneurship people are no longer dependent on jobs, and create job opportunities for others. Entrepreneurial activities in the community have a very important role to help overcome the problem of unemployment and increase people's income. The cause of the large number of unemployed because most people do not have an entrepreneurial spirit. The social environment has an important role in shaping the desire for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this correlational study is to determine the relationship between social support and entrepreneurial intentions. Respondents in this study were taken from the group of teenagers aged 15-20 years. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique based on characteristics focused on groups of teenagers who had not worked and were not married. In addition, they also have no entrepreneurial experience. There are 46 teenagers who are respondents in this study. All of them came from Padusan Village, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency. The data analysis technique used to fulfil the study objectives is product moment correlation analysis assisted by the SPSS 26 program. The research findings state that social support has a positive and significant relationship with entrepreneurial intentions. The higher the level of social support received by adolescents, the higher the level of entrepreneurial intentions possessed by adolescents
Persaingan bisnis retail saat ini semakin ketat. Hal ini disebabkan bisnis retail merupakan gambaran mengenai perkembangan ekonomi. Untuk menghadapi persaingan tersebut manajemen pemasaran perlu mengetahui bagaimana konsumen melakukan keputusan pembelian. Manajemen pemasaran perlu mengetahui cara yang tepat agar konsumen memutuskan pembelian pada toko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari citra apotek dan keragaman produk untuk meningkatkan keputusan pembelian. Populasi dari penelitian kuantitatif ini adalah konsumen dari apotek Kimia Farma yang ada di kota Surabaya di Jawa Timur. Jumlah populasi tidak dapat ditentukan, oleh karena itu peneliti menggunakan 100 responden sebagai sampel penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan citra apotek memberikan pengaruh signifikan pada keputusan penelitian. Selanjutnya dibuktikan bahwa keputusan pembelian yang dilakukan oleh konsumen dipengaruhi keberagaman produk yang disediakan. Secara bersama-sama citra apotek dan keragaman produk memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen.
People have alternative treatments and treatments through traditional techniques and herbal remedies. They have attitudes and beliefs about herbs to be able to overcome complaints of certain diseases or just treatment of the body. Pharmaceutical companies in the traditional medicine group are growing. This makes the market share more competitive, because there are so many products for indications based on complaints about disease disorders or increasing body vitality. Related to this, it is very important to know the factors that influence customer trust in herbal medicinal products. This study aims to determine significantly the safety, ease-of-use, and perceived usefulness of Kuku Bima Energi Herbal on customer trust. The object of this research is aimed at consumers of Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. In this study using 100 respondents. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. This study resulted in the finding that safety has a significant effect on customer confidence in Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. In line with ease-of-use of having a significant effect on customer trust Kuku Bima Energi Herbal. Likewise, the perceived usefulness has a significant effect on customer trust, Kuku Bima Energi Herbal.
Unsur manusia dalam organisasi selalu berkaitan dengan perilaku dan karakteristik individu yang mempengaruhi hasil kerja dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Peranan motivasi, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja perlu dicermati untuk mengetahui dukungannya terhadap pencapaian tujuan organisasi melalui pencapaian kinerja pegawai. Studi ini untuk mengamati peran motivasi kerja, religiusitas, kepemimpinan dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Survei ini menggunakan teknik sampling sensus. Jumlah responden sebanyak 128 responden. Untuk memperoleh hasil dari data yang terkumpul akan dianalisis dengan teknik regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dan religiusitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
