The Eeffectiveness of Prenatal Yoga to Reduce Physical Discomfort in Third Trimester of Pregnancy. During pregnancy, pregnant women experience physical and psychological changes that can lead to discomfort. One of pregnancy care in the third trimester is yoga exercise. This study was to determine the effectiveness of prenatal yoga in reducing physical discomfort in the third trimester of pregnancy. This was a Quasi-Experimental study with Non-Equivalent Control Group approach. The sample of this study were 32 pregnant women of the third trimester consisting of 16 people as intervention group and 16 people as control taken by consecutive sampling technique. Univariate analysis was performed frequency distribution, Wilcoxon test, and Mann Whitney test. The result showed that the mean difference between pretest and post-test of the control group was-0.25; (p=0.417>α=0.05). The difference of mean value between pre-test and post-test of the intervention group was 3.5; (p=0,000 <α=0.05). The difference of the mean value of physical discomfort in control and intervention group was 3.75; (p=0.000<α=0,05), it means that there was a significant difference of the mean value of physical discomfort of respondent between control and intervention group. It can be concluded that prenatal yoga has effective to reduce the physical discomfort of a pregnant mother in the third trimester. This study suggests prenatal yoga program could implement in midwifery care especially in the class of pregnant women in Public health center routinely so that the discomfort of pregnant women during pregnancy can be overcome.
The diversity of tourist attractions in the Jatim Park Group is inseparable from entrepreneurial marketing that is applied by companies with the use of mature market research and in order to support Batu City to become an International Destination City. This study illustrates the influence of marketing information systems, service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. East Java park group with 6 reservoirs is the location of the study with a total sample of 120 people, with characteristics of millennial age samples (aged between 15-34 years). The results of the research show that the marketing information system does not directly influence loyalty but the marketing information system influences loyalty through the marketing information system, as well as the results of service quality which directly or indirectly affect customer loyalty. The entrepreneurial marketing also has a direct or non-slim influence on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. This shows the existence of tourist attractions is very necessary the existence of product innovation and differentiation as well as informing customers with an updated marketing information system and still continuing to maintain services if visitors are already in the tourist attractions. Indonesia has various regions with potential tourism attractions that can attract tourists, one of them is Malang City, where Malang City is also known as one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. This study illustrates the influence of the components of tourism products consisting of attractions, access, amenities and ancillary to the decision of visiting tourists, especially millennial generation in the Tlogowaru mask tourism village of Malang. Topeng Village which is one of the tourist destinations in the form of thematic villages with the theme of Malangan Mask that has been around since the year 2016. The population of this study is all students of the Unmer Tourism Tourism Program Malang who entered the millennial age (aged between 15-34 years) with a sample of 60 people based on their characteristics visited Malangan mask village. Data analysis used multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing. The results of the research show that attraction and ancillary have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This shows the perception of what tourists get and what tourists feel can have a positive impact and also the presence of officers on guard, the presence of security posts and the existence of a tourist information center that continues to be maintained and improved, also has a positive impact on tourist attractions.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of destination images consisting of cognitive images, unique images and affective images on loyalty through visitor satisfaction at Mount Bromo natural tourism destinations. This type of research is explanatory research and data collection techniques through questionnaires. The sampling technique uses the purposive sampling technique with the characteristics of people who have been to Mount Bromo. The sample in this study amounted to 110 respondents. The analysis technique uses hypothesis testing and the two model multiple regression test. Results of research show that cognitive imagery, unique imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor satisfaction, furthermore cognitive imagery and affective imagery have a significant effect on visitor loyalty while unique images have no significant effect on visitor loyalty. If seen from the indirect effect, the results of cognitive image and unique image have a significant effect on loyalty through visitor satisfaction, while affective image does not affect loyalty through visitor satisfaction.
The principal should have caring to improving the quality of education. Such caring should be demonstrated with the will and ability to develop themselves optimally, so the teachers and education personnel can improve their performance. The teacher's performance is influenced by several factors are situational leadership style, work motivation and job satisfaction.The purpose of this research is to know and analyse the influence of situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction on the teacher's performance, the influence of situasional leadership style and job motivation to the performance of teachers moderated in job satisfaction. The population of this research is the teachers of accredited pre-primary school in Singaraja Cit Bali. The data collection techniques in this research are the observation and distribution of questionnaires. This research uses data analysis methods using SmartPLS software. The results showed that the situational leadership style, job motivation, and job satisfaction affects the teacher’s performance of the accredited pre-primary schools in Singaraja City Bali, and the situational leadership style, and job motivation have no effect the teacher’s performance who are moderated job satisfaction at the pre-primary school accredited in Singaraja City Bali.
