I PENDAHULUAN 1.1 Latar Belakang MasalahUntuk mencapai keberhasilan suatu perusahaan, pimpinan harus cepat merespon setiap perubahan dan tantangan yang terjadi di organisasi seperti peningkatan efektivitas, efisiensi dan produktifitas, kemampuan kompetisi, penyesuaian dengan perubahan lingkungan, dan upaya secara terus menerus menjaga keserasian antar dimensi-dimensi organisasi seperti budaya, proses dan strategi, serta menjaga agar organisasi tetap sehat dan tangguh di lingkungan yang terus mengalami perubahan. Salah satu bentuk respon yang harus dilakukan oleh organisasi adalah mempersiapkan sumber daya manusia yang handal dengan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat yang disertai dengan kepemimpinan yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi organisasi untuk memberdayakan karyawan agar termotivasi lebih baik.Untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, seorang pemimpin tidak dapat berdiri sendiri atau bertindak seolah-olah dirinya pelaku tunggal dari sebuah organisasi. Seorang pemimpin bertindak untuk membawa seluruh komponen organisasi untuk bergerak menuju tujuan.Suatu organisasi untuk memilih seorang pemimpin tentunya akan memilih seorang pemimpin yang efektif yaitu seorang pemimpin yang memiliki kemampuan dan keterampilan seperti kemampuan profesional maupun manajerial, memiliki dedikasi dan motivasi, dorongan untuk berkarya, mengabdi, melaksanakan tugas, juga memiliki sikap mental dan etos kerja yang tertib, tanggap, jujur, disiplin, kerjasama dan produktif. Tantangan berat dihadapi oleh semua pemimpin adalah bagaimana setiap unsur pimpinan dapat menggerakkan bawahannya sehingga dengan sadar mereka secara bersama-sama bersedia berperilaku untuk mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Berhubungan dengan hal tersebut, maka yang perlu dilakukan oleh pimpinan adalah menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat secara fisik dan psikologis yang didasari oleh kepemimpinan yang dapat diterima oleh bawahannya.
Keberhasilan suatu perusahaan tidak terlepas dari bagaimana kinerja karyawannya dan perusahaan saat ini juga semakin bergantung pada upaya karyawan untuk berinovasi. Tantangan yang akan dihadapi perusahaan yaitu bagaimana mempertahankan, menyesuaikan dan mengembangkan perilaku inovatif dari karyawannya serta diharapkan memiliki kemampuaan melibatkan karyawan terhadap pekerjannya dengan tepat. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji pengaruh variabel perilaku inovatif dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengamatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel random sampling terhadap 100 orang yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel penelitian. Setelah pengolahan data melalui analisis regresi dengan menggunakan SPSS 24 for windows, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perilaku inovatif berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan keterlibatan kerja berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Abstract Professionalism is the main requirement of every company because the skills possessed by employees will make a meaningful contribution to the realization of company goals. Employees who have an attitude of professionalism have the ability to understand duties and responsibilities, maintain relationships and social interaction in the workplace and focus on work matters. Work professionalism is one of the most important aspects of achieving success at work. This study aims (a) to analyze and determine the effect of competence on employee professionalism; (b) to analyze and determine the effect of work supervision on employee professionalism; and (c) to analyze and determine the effect of competency and work supervision simultaneously on employee professionalism. This research was conducted by involving 91 respondents and using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS Ver program. 25. The population involved in this research is the production employees of PT Unicharm Indonesia. The results showed that work competency and supervision had a significant positive effect partially and simultaneously on employee professionalism. Keywords: competence, supervision, professionalism
Business activities using internet technology are an innovative way of conducting company activities. By utilizing internet technology, companies can conduct various business activities electronically such as business transactions, operational company functions, share information with consumers and suppliers to maintain relationships before, during and after the purchase process. Business people need effective marketing media with the aim of expanding their market share. Social media as a marketing tool is certainly related to marketing communications. This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of social media as an online business marketing medium. This research is a qualitative research by conducting a literature study related to social media and online business promotion. The results of the study show that the use of social media makes it easier for business people with reduced costs. but with all the advantages, business people still have to have a preventive attitude when conducting business transactions.
The smooth running of business in activities in the workplace occurs when there is a harmonious relationship between employers and workers based on working relationships in an industrial environment. Workers should feel well-being as part of the membership of a business enterprise. This study aims to determine the correlation between worker welfare and industrial relations. Observations were made in a company with a workforce of more than 1000 people in East Java Province. The number of samples taken was 100 people with purposive sampling technique. The collected data is then processed through the SPSS program with statistical correlation techniques. The results obtained are that there is a significant correlation of worker welfare and industrial relations. The form of correlation is positive or unidirectional and quite strong. The better and the welfare felt by the workers, the better and harmonious industrial relations will be created on both sides.
