Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi budaya lokal masyarakat Minangkabau dalam aktivitas budaya yang dapat dikembangkan untuk mendukung pencegahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, di Nagari Pasie Laweh Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, FGD dan wawancara. Informan penelitian terdiri dari tokoh adat, tokoh agama, pemerintah nagari, pakar, tokoh masyarakat dan masyarakat umum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa cukup banyak budaya lokal yang hidup di masyarakat yang potensial untuk dikembangkan, diperkuat dan diresosialisasi sebagai dasar pencegahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak. Budaya lokal tersebut dilihat dari dua dimensi yakni dimensi perkawinan dan dimensi garis keturunan. Pada dimensi perkawinan, terdapat uang jemputan yang menjamin perlindungan perempuan oleh kerabat suami (laki-laki), dan pada dimensi garis keturunan terdapat hubungan kekerabatan mamak-kamanakan yang sejauh ini masih potensial untuk menjamin perlindungan terhadap perempuan dan anak di dalam keluarga. Selain itu tradisi barantam yang melibatkan hubungan kekerabatan dan garis keturunan juga menjadi salah satu modalitas sosial dalam perlindungan sosial ekonomi perempuan dan anak. Penguatan nilai-nilai ini dapat dilakukan dengan memerankan kembali tokoh-tokoh adat seperti ninik mamak, alim ulama, bundo kanduang, urang ampek jinih (empat jenis kepemimpinan dalam adat). Dengan demikian penguatan terhadap nilai-nilai tersebut, akan dapat meminimalisir permasalahan kekerasan terhadap perempuan dan anak di dalam keluarga.
Performance is a reaction from a job that results from the quality or quantity aspects of the work and the responsibilities imposed by the company, as well as the skills, expertise capacity and ability to complete work within a certain time span. The purpose of this study was to evaluate employee performance based on Career Development, Work Ability and Employee Loyalty. This research was conducted at PT Semen Padang, with the number of samples used as many as 92 employees obtained based on the non-probability sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires and the analysis technique used was regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was a significant influence between Career Development, work ability and employee loyalty on employee performance. This study shows the results that a regular career development system will foster good employee performance, good work skills will be able to help improve the performance and loyalty of an employee will have an impact on increasing employee performance. Where in this study shows that career development has a greater impact on employee work outcomes.
It is undeniable that the grip of capitalism has been rooted in Indonesia since colonialism, independence to the development of today's globalization. The roots of capitalism in Indonesia have hindered the achievement of the objectives of implementing independence in terms of improving the economic welfare of the people. This can be seen in the Investment Law with its transfer and repatriation system which makes it easier for foreign companies to transfer their profits abroad, the plantation sector which is more profitable for large companies, the retail market which has begun to enter rural areas and the principle of developmentalism which allows large debts to international institutions. In order to strengthen the goal of independence, and to avoid the influence of capitalism which can undermine the stability of the national economy and social welfare, a deeper study of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is needed. This research departs from normative legal research. The approach used is a legal-statutory approach and a historical approach. The results of this study prove that the 1945 Constitution has a very strong influence in determining the national economic system. Conducting a review of Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution is important so that the State with its powers in realizing the greatest prosperity and welfare of society.
