Kajian ini merupakan analisis sistematis terhadap literatur yang membahas mengenai promosi kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Sebanyak 8 studi menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, 2 studi pendekatan kuantitatif, dan 1 studi mix-methode. Literatur dipilah berdasarkan strategi promosi kesehatan reproduksi pada keluarga, sekolah, instansi pemerintah, dan kelompok atau komunitas sebaya dalam kurun waktu 7 tahun terakhir. Berdasarkan studi-studi literatur diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa, promosi kesehatan reproduksi dilakukan melalui saluran (1) sekolah, (2) Puskesmas, (3) instansi pemerintah, dan kelompok atau komunitas sebaya. Adapun agen-agen sosialisasi yang berperan adalah (1) guru, (2) tutor sebaya, dan (3) peer education. Kemudian, metode penyampaiannya adalah (1) tatap muka, (2) sosialisasi, (3) pelatihan, dan (4) media komunikasi visual. Ditemukan berdasarkan analisa literatur, bahwa strategi yang digunakan untuk promosi kesehatan reproduksi dinilai masih bersifat konvensional. Selain itu, pada beberapa studi ditemukan wacana kesehatan reproduksi remaja yang bias gender, dikarenakan masih tabunya pembahasan mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan seksualitas. Studi lainnya memperlihatkan promosi kesehatan reproduksi yang berimbang dengan seksualitas.
Synchronization of development policies in the field of population and family planning is an issue in the central, provincial and district/city governments as stipulated in Law No. 23/2014. Article 8 paragraph 2 of the Law states that population quantity control is carried out through synchronization of population policies at the national level and regions. Therefore, work programs in the population control at the district/city level are highly varied according to the problem. Family planning promotion, counseling and advocacy are programs in all districts/cities targeting the couples of childbearing age and adolescents. The study of program plan and regulatory documents for the 2019-2024 fiscal year became the basis for focused discussions with various levels of government, namely the central, provincial, regency/city and sub-district level. Targets, strategies, programs and activities which include types, objectives, objectives, coverage and achievements are components to be examined for content, consistency and synchronization. Meanwhile, policy synchronization can be seen from the formulation of work programs. The results of the study show that directly, the provincial work program is linear with the national agenda
Birth rate or fertility is one of the elements playing a role in determining the population number and age structure in an area. To maintain stable population growth, it is necessary to strive for a total fertility rate (TFR) of around 2.1 children per woman. DKI Jakarta Province had reached this condition before the 2000 period. But in the next period, there was an increase ranging from 2.2 - 2.3 children per woman. Fertility is affected by various factors, including marriage patterns and contraception usage. This study aims to determine the effect of marriage patterns on fertility in DKI Jakarta Province by using the concept of fertility decomposition. The data used are the results of the Indonesian Demographic and Health Survey (IDHS) 2002/03 and 2017 with the unit of analysis for women aged 15-49 years. The results showed that there was a slight increase in the effect of the marriage pattern on fertility restrictions, from 14% or preventing 1.89 births in the 2002/03 IDHS to 19% or preventing the occurrence of 2.1 births in the 2017 IDHS. in DKI Jakarta Province by 2.2 children per woman in the 2017 IDHS, although there was a sharp decline in the effect of contraceptive use. It is necessary to study the relationship between the pattern of marriage and the use of contraception because these two variables play an important role in determining the fertility rate in DKI Jakarta Province.
ABSTRAK Luasan ekosistem bakau (mangrove) yang dikeluarkan secara resmi oleh berbagai instansi berbeda-beda. Hal ini menyebabkan kebingungan di masyarakat karena tidak adanya data baku yang dapat digunakan bersama. Salah satu penyebab perbedaan luasan itu adalah karena perbedaan pendekatan yang digunakan. Dalam menghitung luasan ekosistem mangrove, beberapa instansi menghitung luasan mangrove dengan memasukkan kolom air di sekitarnya. Sehingga data tutupan mangrove menjadi lebih luas dari kondisi sebenarnya. Maka, agar penghitungan luasan tutupan ekosistem mangrove lebih konsisten, maka diperlukan sebuah pendekatan baru dimana yang dihitung hanya tutupan bakaunya saja, sementara tutupan kolom air di sekitarnya diabaikan. Untuk itulah maka teknik penghitungan unit komunitas diperkenalkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat sekitar 1600 unit komunitas mangrove di seluruh pesisir pantai Kabupaten Tangerang, dengan total luasan unit komunitas mangrove mencapai 182.4 ha. This causes confusion in the community because there is no standard data that can be used together. One of the causes of differences in mangrove total area is because of the different approaches used. In calculating the area of mangrove ecosystem, several agencies calculate the area of mangrove by entering the surrounding water column, so that the data on mangrove coverage becomes wider than the actual conditions. Therefore, in order the calculation of the area of mangrove ecosystem coverage to be more consistent, a new approach is needed where only the mangrove coverage is calculated, by omitting the coverage of the surrounding water column. For this reason, community unit counting technique was introduced in this study. The results of this study indicate that there are around 1600 units of mangrove communities throughout the coastline of Tangerang Regency, with a total area of mangrove community units reaching 182.4 ha.
