The purpose of this study was to build an understanding of the influence of utilitarian values and hedonic values on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty at hypermarket in Pamekasan Regency, Jawatimur Province, Indonesia. Type of research is Explanatory Research. Data collection using a questionnaire. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The number of samples was 250 consumers and data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software. The results of this study indicate utilitarian value and hedonic value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and Demographic variables have a significant differences on each variable partially.
The mandate of Law Number 27 concerning the management of coastal areas is the government's representation for coastal communities to develop the potential of Natural Resources and Human Resources (NR and HR).Through its enormous marine potential, it should provide hope and opportunity, especially for coastal communities to become prosperous communities. So with such a large marine wealth, it seems unbelievable that it has not been able to prosper the lives of the fishing community. Most Indonesian fishermen still live within the poverty line. The poor criteria are shown by the low income of fishermen, so that they still experience difficulties in meeting their basic needs for food, clothing, health, housing and a decent level of education.In order to realize a prosperous coastal community, creativity and innovation are needed to encourage and maintain food security so as to provide effective solutions for poverty alleviation in the village of Branta Pesisir, Tlanakan District, Pamekasan Regency. This study relates to the implementation of the Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 47 of 2008 concerning Compulsory Education in the village of Kaduara Timur Sumenep Madura. The researcher uses the implementation model Edward III that the success of the policy according to Edwards III is influenced by four factors, namely, communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucracy. As well as the Koentjoroningrat theory to analyze local cultural values, that according to the Koentjoroningrat elements of culture consist of: (1) language, (2) knowledge systems, (3) social systems or social organizations, (4) living equipment and technology systems, (5) livelihood systems, (6) religious systems, (7) arts. This research is a descriptive research type of qualitative approach. This study describes the community's perspective on education policy in terms of the existing local culture, there is an influence of local culture on the policy. This type of research is a case study, research subjects use purposive sampling and incidental sampling. The researcher acts as an instrument that goes directly to the field to obtain data as accurately as possible, while also using interview, observation and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed using an interactive model (interactive models of analysis) Miles and Huberman which has three main components are: data reduction, data presentation, and draw a conclusion / verification.. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Government Regulation on nine-year compulsory education in Kaduara Timur Village has been going well. This is evidenced by 60% of the villagers who have already and are currently undergoing a normal nine-year education. The success of the government is influenced by the local culture which is still thick but in addition to the local culture the values that develop through the advancement of science and technology also have a special effect on the way of thinking of the people of Kaduara Timur village which then affects the awareness of the people of Kaduara Timur of the importance of education, especially nine years of basic education
Pemanfaatan sumber daya alam yang ada di Desa Larangan Slampar sangat penting dan memberikan potensi yang besar pada perekonomian masyarakat Desa Larangan Slampar, yang sebagian besar sumber daya yang ada belum dikelola secara maksimal diantaranya sumber daya alam berupa singkong yang bisa diolah menjadi kerupuk dan kunyit bisa diolah menjadi sinom serta pemanfaatan air yang bisa dikatakan cukup memadai ini tentunya memiliki nilai yang sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan perekonomian selain itu dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberdayakan dan menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan masyarakat Desa Larangan Slampar. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara sebagai data yang digunakan nantinya dalam melakukan program pengabdian masyarakat. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengelola singkong dan kunyit dari hasil pertanian serta mampu mengelola air menjadi kebutuhan sehari-hari dan mampu menjadi produk yang bisa dipasarkan, dan nantinya akan menjadi pendapatan ekonomi dan sekaligus menjadi produk unggulan masyarakat Desa Larangan Slampar

In the worst case scenario, this effect will cause students to develop into a generation that forgets their identity, resulting in behavior that is inconsistent with Pancasila values. Based on this, the researcher conducted a study titled Efforts to Develop Moral Resilience through the Re-actualization of Pancasila Ethics in Generation Z in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The research strategy is qualitative and descriptive, employing both purposive and accidental sampling. The data collection methods employed are interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that Generation Z (students) already comprehend good ethics, specifically those that are in accordance with Pancasila, but the implementation is still hampered by the difficulties of the current era. There are two things that must be instilled in generation Z (students) in order to strengthen their moral resilience: 1) Building mental resilience; this can be accomplished by always comprehending, living, and demonstrating Pancasila values. 2) Strengthen spiritually; this can be accomplished by embracing and exercising religious principles.
