The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of Learning Planning textbook based mind mapping that was developed. This type of research is research and development with 4D model. The subjects of this research are material expert, media expert, and test subjects. The data collection techniques are validation sheets and tests. The feasibility result of material expert's assessment on the component aspect with a total percentage of 91.66% is included in very good criteria and feasibility assessment of material substance with a total percentage of 94.4% is in very good criteria while the result of validation based on media experts with total average score of 87 with very good criteria. The use of textbook based mind mapping in the Lesson Planning course is effective for improving college student learning outcomes with an average of 84.06 with very good criteria.
This research aims to develop device of creative product learning and entrepreneurship based on webblog for tourism vocational high school, so they can be accessed anytime and anywhere. The development model used is the Borg and Gall. The subjects of research consisted of material, media and linguist expert with students. The results of the validation of material expert to assess the feasibility the content of material are 90% with very feasible criteria. The results of media expert to assess the ease of use, 89% attractiveness with feasible criteria and the results of linguist to assess the ease of understanding 90.3% with very feasible criteria. While the results of trials of student on one by one test obtained an average of 83.99 with a feasible category. For the practicality test of weblog and textbook were developed with 12 students in small groups with an average of 85.44% in the practical category.
Growing technology has influenced all aspects of human life, as well as the archive. Files that were previously created using paper and then stored in hardcopy are now stored in the form of files on computer devices that are stored as electronic archive. This study aimed to compile an Electronic Archive book that will be used in improving the ability of archivist and archive manager in using e-archive application. The design/methodology/approach of this research uses the Research and Development approach (R&D) of the Borg and Gall model with a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The finding based on the paired sample test with SPSS show that t count is 2,383 > t table is 2,045, thus it can be interpreted that there is an influence that the use of Electronic Archive Book can increase the ability of archivist and archive manager in using e archive. The book originality is to present a clear procedure for the archive storage process using the Dynamic Archive Information System (SIKD).
AbstrakSekolah tempat siswa Administrasi Perkantoran belajar untuk dapat menguasai kompetensi Administrasi Perkantoran yang dibutuhkan di dunia kerja. Namun guru SMK Administrai Perkantoran yang harusnya menguasai materi kearsipan ternyata belum dapat menguasai kompetensi kearsipan sebagai mana mestinya, demikian juga dengan pengimplementasian model pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah membantu Guru-guru Produktif Administrasi Perkantoran dalam penguasaan materi Kearsipan dan melaksanakan pembelajaran yang Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektiv dan Menyenangkan dalam setiap pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Selain itu juga dilakukan pendampingan dalam penyusunan Rencana Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (RKBM) dengan benar, dimana RKBM yang di susun akan digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran Kearsipan. Adapun target khusus dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, adalah; 1) Menigkatnya kompetensi guru dalam mengajarkan materi kearsipan; 2) tersusunnya Rencana Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (RKBM) Kearsipan yang sudah terstandar; 3) Adanya dokumentasi pelaksanaan Open Class dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Hasil dari pengabdian kepada masyarakat diketahui bahwa ada kenaikan hasil belajar Kearsipan guru-guru dengan rata-rata pretest sebesar 68.5 mengalami kenaikan pada posttest menjadi 77.92 atau dengan ada kenaikan hasil belajar sebesar 9.42%. Selain itu kegiatan pengabdian ini menghasilkan RKBM dan video pembelajaran.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Pembelajaran berbasis proyek, KearsipanAbstractSchool where students of Office Administration learn to be able to master the competence of Office Administration needed in the world of work. However, teachers of SMK Administration Office who should master the archival material was not able to master archival competence as it should be, as well as the implementation of learning models that enable students to be active in the learning process. The purpose of this dedication is to help teachers Productive Office Administration in the mastery of archival materials and implement innovative learning, Creative, Effective and Exciting in every lesson learned. In addition, also provided assistance in the preparation of Teaching and Learning Activities Plans (RKBM) correctly, where RKBM is prepared will be used in archival learning activities. The specific targets of this devotional activity, are; 1) Increased teacher competence in teaching archival materials; 2) the compilation of Teaching and Learning Activities Plans (RKBM) which has been standardized; 3) The existence of Open Class implementation documentation by applying project-based learning model. The result of the dedication to the community is known that there is an increase in learning outcomes. Archival teachers with an average pretest of 68.5 experienced an increase in posttest to 77.92 or with an increase in learning outcomes by 9.42%.
