Tanaman pangan menjadi sumber makanan pokok untuk masyarakat Indonesia khususnya Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan jumlah populasi predator pada jenis refugia pada tanaman padi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Enrekeng, Kecamatan Ganra Kabupaten Soppeng. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei yang akan dilakukan pada lahan budidaya tanaman padi yang ditanami dengan refugia tanaman kenikir. Tanaman refugia dapat mempengaruhi jumlah populasi predator dan parasitoid pada tanaman padi. Jumlah populasi tertinggi pada refugia warna orange (71), refugia kuning (43) dan tanpa refugia (46).
The aims of this study were (1) to find out the process of developing an e-module for elementary linear algebra courses based on a flip book maker that integrates Islamic values. (2) to determine the characteristics of the e-module. (3) to determine the level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness of e-modules. The type of research used is Research and Development concerning the Plomp development model which consists of 5 stages. The product developed is an e-module course on elementary linear algebra based on a flip book maker. The test subjects in this study were second-semester students at UIN Alauddin Makassar, in the academic year 2021/2022. The instruments used were expert validation sheets, lecturer response questionnaires, observation sheets on the ability of lecturers to manage to learn, learning implementation observation sheets, student response questionnaires, student activity sheets, and learning achievement tests. Based on the trial results, it was found that (1) the product development process referred to as the Plomp development model was not fully implemented until the implementation stage due to time constraints, (2) the characteristics of the e-module are digitally designed with the flip book maker application which can be accessed using Android or Android. laptop, load learning videos, load examples of contextual questions integrated with Islamic values, and presentation of material using a scientific approach, (3) e-modules are categorized as valid with an average validity of 4.25, declared practical because all aspects are fully implemented, and declared effective because the level of completeness reached 96.3%.
Fruit flies are the main pests on chili plants that are very difficult to control. These pests greatly affect the production of chili plants by attacking the fruit. Fruit fly pest attacks can result in yield losses of about 23%-60% and can even cause crop failure. Controls that are often carried out today are chemical control, chemical control in the long term can cause environmental damage, pest resistance and pest resurgence. One of the environmentally friendly controls is the use of camphor compounds and patchouli oil which are able to resist the arrival of fruit fly pests without any pesticide residues in agricultural products. The results showed that 1.5 ml of camphor, 1 ml and 1,5 ml of patchouli oil were repellent so that they could be used as an alternative to control fruit fly pests on chili plants.
Abstrak Keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan bergantung pada kualitas sumber dayanya termasuk tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang di manajemen dengan terukur dan harus memberlakukan kerjasama yang baik, saling memotivasi teman sebaya, dan memberikan ide-ide yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja agar membangun kompetensi pembina pesantren. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengembangan kinerja pembina melalui pengelolaan SDM di pesantren modern MBS Palopo. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara kepada direktur pesantren, pembina dan tenaga pendidik pesantren yang berlokasi di Pesantren Modern Muhammadiyah Boarding school (MBS) Palopo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kinerja pembina di pesantren MBS Palopo yaitu Pertama, pendidikan dan pelatihan. Pesantren MBS Palopo memberikan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada para pembina sebagai wujud pengembangan dan penyesuaian diri terhadap tugas. Pelatihan tersebut dilakukan secara online maupun offline dan meliputi berbagai aspek seperti metodologi pembelajaran dan peningkatan kemampuan bahasa. Kedua, mutasi. Pesantren MBS Palopo melakukan mutasi dalam rangka memberi kesempatan dan memotivasi para pembina. Dengan adanya mutasi, para pembina dapat mengembangkan diri dan belajar hal-hal baru serta mengalami tantangan dalam tugas-tugas yang berbeda. Ketiga, fasilitasi dan motivasi. Pesantren MBS Palopo memberikan fasilitas kepada para pembina untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja. Fasilitas tersebut meliputi dukungan dalam pengadaan bahan ajar, fasilitas teknologi, serta pembinaan dan supervisi secara berkala. Dengan adanya upaya pengembangan kinerja pembina tersebut, diharapkan para pembina dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja dalam mengelola pesantren dan memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kemajuan lembaga pendidikan tersebut.
