Research problem. The process of becoming autonomous of higher education institutions should be based on the realization that university autonomy is a system of self-governance of universities.University autonomy involves the democratization of the educational process, increasing the responsibility of higher education institutions for the results of their work before society, as well as for the quality of education, responsibility for the implementation and observance of academic freedoms and values.The purpose of the article is to analyze various aspects of the process of formation of academic autonomy of domestic universities.To realize the goal of our research, the following theoretical and empirical methods were used: theoretical analysis, comparison and comparison -to determine the state of disclosure of the problem of research in modern pedagogical and psychological scientific literature, study of Internet resources, work experience of scientific pedagogical workers of higher schools of Ukraine -diagnosis (survey -questionnaire, conversation; observation -pedagogical observation, self-observation, testing).Scientific novelty. The need for a more detailed study of various aspects of the autonomy of modern domestic universities is determined.Conclusions. 1. The main directions that give rise to the autonomy of universities are: 1) education -scientific research; 2) education -education; 3) state administration -autonomy. 2. There is a need to update the role of personnel autonomy of the university in the field of concluding labor agreements (contracts) with scientific and pedagogical staff. 3. It is important to reduce the total time spent by the teacher on teaching work and redistribute it in favor of scientific research activities. 4. It is necessary to maintain the academic status that allows generating scientific achievements, educating the intellectual elite, forming the spiritual potential of society as the basis of the university's academic autonomy. 5. The essence and content of the principle of university autonomy needs further clarification.
In the article revealed different approaches to the definition of teachers’ professional readiness to educational activities based on the theoretical analysis of scientific and educational literature. And also described different views of researchers about the readiness of the future teacher to realization of healthy environment activities. In particular, disclosed the essence of the concept of readiness of teachers to formation of to realization of healthy environment activities. Described structural components of the teachers’ readiness of readiness to carry out health activities are identified and described.
The rapid advancement of digital technology is altering the skillsets required of specialists. In today’s world, a competitive analyst working in the field of economics must possess not only professional skills, but also digital competence, which encompasses not only digital skills, but also a body of knowledge and perspectives on the nature and role of information technologies and opportunities, as well as relevant legal and ethical principles. The article examines modern theoretical foundations and approaches to the development of digital literacy in lifelong learning processes: specifically, one of the tools for determining the level of formation of digital competence using the Tsifrogram test (which is based on the conceptual model of digital competence of citizens DigComp - The Digital Competence Framework for Citizens) is described and analyzed in depth. The study was conducted using competence-based, personality-activity, and communication techniques. The economic analyst training program featured active and interactive teaching methods and practices. The findings of a study on the level of digital competence formation among university students of economic specializations are provided. The most important suggestions for improving students’ digital competence are studied, selected, and highlighted. It is proposed to build a roadmap for boosting students’ digital competency during their university studies in the future.
The article analyzes the conceptual principles of the technology «Learning in motion», and emphasizes the relevance and necessity of its implementation in the educational process of general secondary education institutions. An overview of the scholars’ works is devoted to the problem of the influence of motor activity on the development of intelligence as well as the formation of the child's personal qualities, and the achievement of success. The concept of «motor activity» is clarified, which means a set of methodological approaches to health activities that are implemented through movement and in combination and interaction with each other, as well as contribute to the formation, strengthening and maintaining students’ health. Recommendations for implementing the technology «Learning in Motion» in secondary schools are provided.
The article considers health technologies as an educational phenomenon, as a part of pedagogical science that studies and develops the content and methods of teaching a healthy lifestyle. Health in the higher education system should guarantee the health of all subjects of the educational process. Health-preserving technology should provide motivation for maintaining good health and organize the educational process of higher education institutions in this direction.The purpose of the article is to analyze the problem of ensuring the health of the subjects of the educational environment of higher education.A healthy educational environment promotes the introduction of healthy learning as a process of interaction between the subjects of the educational process, the result of which is the acquisition of knowledge, skills, creative activities, values and health of participants in the educational process.Research methodology: based on the general principles of philosophy, basic modern principles of pedagogical science, psychology and reflects the relationship of methodological approaches to studying the process of ensuring the use of health technologies in higher education institutions of Ukraine.Conclusions. 1. The priority in actualizing the problem of health preservation of applicants for higher education in pedagogical specialties belongs to higher education institutions. 2. Ensuring the implementation of a competency-based approach in vocational education in the field of health technologies will contribute to the achievement of its main goalthe training of qualified teachers. 3. Ensuring the use of health technologies should be based on the age characteristics of the cognitive activity of young people, on the variability of methods and forms of education. 4. Health-preserving educational technology organized by the educational institution will significantly improve the medical-psychologicalpedagogical prevention and correction of negative psychophysiological, psychological and personal states of higher education teachers.
