Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian untuk menghasilkan produk video pembelajaran teknik vokal yang layak digunakan sehingga dapat menstimulasi kecerdasan musikal siswa. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan desain ADDIE. Model pengembangan produk disusun secara terprogram dengan urutan yang sistematis. Desain ADDIE memiliki lima tahapan, yakni: analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi Subjek penelitian siswa kelas XI SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan. Sampel penelitian 30 siswa. Instrument penelitian berupa lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian; (1). Uji Ahli materi teknik vokal berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (2). Uji ahli desain grafis berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (3) uji ahli media video dan desain grafis berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik, (4). Uji coba penggunaan video teknik vokal pada kelas XI di SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan sangat baik. Disimpulkan bahwa video teknik vokal dapat menstimulasi kecerdasan musikal dengan rata-rata uji oba produk mencapai 90% kriteria sangat baik. Kata Kunci: Kecerdasan Musikal, Media Pembelajaran Teknik Vokal Abstract: The purpose of the research is to produce a learning video product about vocal techniques that are appropriate to use so that they can stimulate student musical intelligence. The type of research is development research with the ADDIE development model. The product development model is programmed in a systematic order. The ADDIE design has five stages, namely; analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research subjects are XI students of SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan. The research sample is thirty students, the research instrument was in the form of an observation sheet. The data analysis technique uses mixed methods qualitative and quantitative. Research result: (1) expert tes of vocal technique material is in very good qualification, (2). The graphic design expert test is in very good qualification, (3) the video media and graphic design expert test is in very good qualification, (4) the trial of using vocal technique video in class XI at SMA Maarif Nu Pandaan was very good. It was concluded that vocal technique video can stimulate musical intelligence with by average of the trial product reached 90% very good criteria. Sanggar Baladewa Surabaya merupakan sebuah organisasi seni pertunjukan yang terpusat pada pembelajaran pedalangan dan karawitan. Peneliti melihat sanggar tersebut merupakan tempat yang mempunyai kontribusi besar dalam usaha mengembangkan kesenian wayang kulit dan karawitan dan mempunyai siswa yang mayoritas pelajar sekolah dasar sampai sekolah menegah lanjutan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, menganalisa dan mendeskripsikan manajemen organisasi seni pertunjukan pada sanggar baladewa Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem manajemen meliputi (1) Perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh sanggar Baladewa dikelompokkan menjadi perencanaan program maupun keuangan. (2) Pengorganisasian di dalam sanggar Baladewa meliputi struktur organisasi dan proses pengorganisasian. Struktur organisasi sanggar Baladewa terdiri atas Ketua, Sekretaris dan Bendahara. Sedangkan proses pengorganisasian berjalan bersifat terbuka dan mengedepankan komunikasi dengan musyawarah. (3) Pelaksanaan program dikategorikan menjadi program jangka panjang, jangka pendek dan insidentil. Pelaksanaan Program jangka panjang yang terpusat pada lomba/festival dilaksanakan pada H-3 bulan sebelum tanggal pelaksanaan. Pelaksanaan program jangka pendek yaitu melakukan latihan rutin 2 (dua) kali dalam seminggu. Sedangkan pelaksanaan program insidentil pelaksanaannya tergantung pada jadwal berlangsungnya acara. (4) Pengawasan yang dijalankan meliputi pengawasan program dan keuangan. (5) Evaluasi dalam sanggar Baladewa ada dua cabang yaitu evaluasi kinerja dan evaluasi hasil/capaian.
Online learning during a pandemic that is carried out continuously with serious concentration can have an impact on one's physical health. Based on the phenomenon found, in online learning in the Department of Sendratasik, FBS Unesa, there were physical complaints from lecturers, such as: saturation, fatigue, and illness. The problem can be formulated: what is the physical impact of lecturers in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic in the Unesa FBS ballet department? The research method uses descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques used: interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data source: FBS Unesa Sendratasik lecturer. Data analysis used descriptive qualitative, through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study: from a total of 24 respondents there were 3 respondents or 12.5% enjoyed online learning, did not feel a negative impact on the physical. A total of 20 respondents or 83.3% responded that there were negative and positive impacts. There are physical and health constraints, but also trying to be physically healthy. There is 1 person or 0.04% there are no obstacles, both negative and positive impacts. Respondents do not feel burdened in online learning. Discussion: most of the lecturers doing online learning did not apply the sitting position correctly, so there were physical problems. According to Putri (Awalbros.com), the correct sitting position in front of the laptop is by applying an ergonomic position, which considers the balance of body position with the use of the device. In addition, to reduce boredom in online learning, lecturers also need to be physically maintained and improve their health and fitness stamina. This method is done by moving motorically (light and entertainment) and according to Jusup (2010) can consume nutritious food and implement a healthy life to increase endurance. The emergence of a negative impact which is then accompanied by a positive impact will provide a solution to provide a balance for the implementation of online learning and the physical attitude of the lecturers in responding to it.
Pamekasan Regency has batik products as the center of batik industrialization in Madura. More specifically, Klampar village. Pamekasan Regency has a batik industry center, one of which is Klampar village, Proppo sub-district. The handcrafted batik of Klampar Village has a positive impact on the socio-economic conditions of the community. Pamekasan batik motifs generally explore specific forms of flora and fauna, namely butterflies, birds, and chickens. There are three levels of social structure or hierarchy in the batik industry, namely the upper layer (buyers, collectors/prominent entrepreneurs), the middle layer (small home industry entrepreneurs), and the lower layer (batik workers). Pamekasan batik craftsmen have high capture and creativity in making motifs on a piece of batik cloth. So far, the creativity is still limited to long cloth products and clothing materials. Based on this background, the purpose of this research is to develop Pamekasan batik motifs to apply them to interior products as one of the innovations in diversifying the batik product itself as Indonesian cultural heritage in particular.
