Introduction. An increase in the volume of agricultural markets forces intensification of the domestic and international traffic and aggravates anthropogenic burden on the environment. To solve the problem of greening of transport and logistics systems, it is necessary to make appropriate decisions at different levels. The purpose of the research is to propose ways of greening of the transport and logistics systems that cause the heaviest anthropogenic burden. Results. The work emphasises the necessity to apply a systemic approach to consideration of the transport component of regional agricultural markets. The authors of the article define the greening of transport and logistics systems as implementation of a set of organisational and technological safeguards concerning the process of optimisation of energy expenditures and safety of the forms of energy transformation on transition of material flows by logistics chains. The work examines experience of European transport and logistics companies concerning the implementation of the fundamentals of green logistics and the possible application of the relevant experience in domestic circumstances. It is stressed that organisational and managerial ways of greening of transport of and logistics systems of regional agricultural markers in Ukraine expects a reduction in the randomness of transport flows, their optimisation and support of modality of shipping operations, as well as raising efficiency of the application of road traffic which is viewed to be the most environmentally dangerous. Technical and technological reserves of motor transport greening are seen in the implementation of the concept of sustainable truck transport, which includes technical and behavioural aspects. It is confirmed that principal changes require replacement of the existing vehicle fleet with modern vehicles of Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards, and, in the future, with hybrid cars running on electric motors. It is determined that in Ukraine there are violations of ecological norms due to their imperfection and loyalty of the institute of responsibility. However, the international liabilities require Ukraine to harmonise its ecological laws to the norms and standards of the EU, securing improvement of environmental conditions. Conclusions. The greening of transport and logistics systems of regional agricultural markets requires setting the conditions, which can neutralise anthropogenic burden by the environmental capability to self-reproduction. To green transport and logistics systems of regional agricultural markets, it is reasonable to consider organisational, managerial, technical, technological, legal and regulatory aspects of development. The implementation of the mentioned directions should be based on the concept of green logistics. To apply the concept in Ukrainian realities, it is necessary to master the experience of European transport and logistics companies.
Abstract. Waste products related to scientific and technological progress complicate our life. The amount of electrical and electronic waste is rapidly growing in the structure of household waste. This phenomenon has been observed since the beginning of 1990s due to the development of the information age and its anthropogenic pressure on the environment. Nevertheless, the recycling of e-waste in Ukraine is associated with a lack of competent legal support of the relevant processes because there is no effective mechanism to regulate them at the level of legislation. The article aims to prove the conceptual foundations for the formation of waste disposal mechanism based on the recycling of e-waste. The problem of the use of e-products in Ukraine lies in the open-end cycle of the waste disposal, which creates environmental risks. The volumes of import of e-products in Ukraine are increasing. This requires taking particular steps towards recycling of e-waste. The authors propose a conceptual model of waste disposal mechanism based on the recycling of e-products in Ukraine. The first sub-system of the mechanism provides for the process of consolidation e-waste with its further recycling; the second subsystem provides for the recycling of e-waste along with the removal of valuable components and recycling of toxic substances in an environmentally friendly manner. The suggested model of waste disposal mechanism defines a qualitatively new structural and functional interaction, providing a closed cycle of e-products recycling. Implementation of the suggested initiatives will help to improve the mechanism of waste disposal and increase the efficiency of the secondary market of resources, as well as the ecological situation in the country. The Carpathian region of Ukraine is characterised by high potential of renewable energy, in particular relating to small hydropower and geothermal energy in Ukraine. The technically feasible capacity of renewable energy of the region is 10.4% of the total capacity of Ukraine. According to the Ukraine -European Union Association Agreement, Ukraine is obliged to develop renewable energy and stimulate its growth through legislative, financial and institutional mechanisms. Therefore, it is important to use the capacity of the renewable energy sources in all regions of Ukraine. The purpose of the research is to reveal the possibilities of renewable energy development on the basis of determination of the level, prospects and tools to enhance the use of renewable energy sources in the Carpathian region of Ukraine. Results. It has been established that the Carpathian region is characterised by different levels of exploitation of renewable energy by areas and sources. In general, the share of renewable energy used in the region is low, with the exception of wood biomass, which is somewhat higher. The perspectives for increasing of the industrial energy production in the region should be based on the use of wind, solar, geothermal energy, mainly using existing oil and gas wells available in the region, and small hydropower in compliance with environmental requirements. It has been determined that the renewable energy in the Carpathian region of Ukraine grows mostly at the expense of private investments and requires incentives for its development at both the national and regional levels. Efficient use of the renewable energy in the region is impossible without a strategic approach. The structure, the objectives and the tasks of the regional renewable energy development strategies (RSDFE) are outlined in the article. Public-private partnership mechanisms, such as the energy cluster, green public procurement, auctions of projects for the construction of renewable energy objects, etc., are suggested. Conclusions. The conducted research has shown that the significant amount of unused renewable energy in the Carpathian region of Ukraine creates preconditions for active development of renewable energy, which may also become a new driver for regional development. At the same time, capacity development requires additional organisational and economic measures to be taken by the regional authorities aimed at planning and supporting renewable energy by establishing cooperation with the business environment, facilitating the implementation of renewable energy investment projects.Кравців В.
