Sejak masuknya pandemi COVID-19 di Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020, perekonomian di Indonesia mengalami pertumbuhan negatif. Pertumbuhan negatif perekonomian berdampak pada pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) secara massal di banyak perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK) secara massal di tengah pandemi COVID-19 yang ditinjau berdasarkan perspektif Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode hukum normatif dengan mengutamakan data sekunder. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan, pemutusan hubungan kerja yang dilakukan oleh banyak perusahaan memberikan dampak negatif bagi para pekerja. Terlebih dalam Pasal 151 ayat 1 Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan telah menegaskan bahwa pengusaha, buruh/pekerja, pemerintah dengan segala upaya harus mengusahakan agar jangan terjadi pemutusan hubungan kerja. Sehingga berdasarkan penelitian ini menunjukkan, pemutusan hubungan kerja ditengah pandemi COVID-19 bukanlah win-win solution.

Polemik penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan di Indonesia menjadi permasalahan serius. Banyaknya jalur penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan mengakibatkan kerap terjadinya putusan yang tumpang tindih, lamanya proses pengadilan yang tidak mengedepankan asas sederhana, cepat, dan biaya ringan dalam penyelesaian sengketa, serta hakim yang masih belum optimal dalam penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan karena hanya mendasarkan pada kebenaran formil daripada kebenaran materiil dalam penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan. Artikel ini mencoba untuk mengkaji pengadilan agraria sebagai upaya penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan yang lebih optimal. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif melalui pendekatan peraturan perundang-undangan, kasus, dan perbandingan negara di Australia khususnya di Queensland dan New South Wales serta negara Skotlandia, artikel ini akan menawarkan gagasan pembentukan pengadilan agraria. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengadilan agraria di Queensland, New South Wales, dan Skotlandia mampu menjadi media penyelesaian sengketa pertanahan yang optimal. Gagasan pengadilan agraria sejatinya telah tertuang dalam Pasal 60, 61, dan 82 RUU Pertanahan dengan menempatkan pengadilan agraria di bawah pengadilan umum dan menggunakan hukum acara perdata. Melihat hal tersebut, perlu adanya upaya untuk merekonseptualisasi pengadilan agraria dengan menempatkan pengadilan agraria di bawah Mahkamah Agung, melakukan revisi RUU Pertanahan, dan membentuk Hukum Acara Pertanahan. Selain itu, perlu adanya penguatan mekanisme rekrutmen hakim khususnya pada hakim pengadilan agraria.
Character education is the primary weapon to form good quality students. However, the digital era's entry does not always have a positive impact, especially for students in Indonesia. The growth of individualistic attitudes, bullying behavior, lack of manners, and so on positively impact creating ethical and moral young generations. This is an urgency that must be addressed wisely in education to form a new character education model for students in Indonesia. Internalization of local-Bugis cultural values is an urgency that must apply in the world of character education in Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive method using secondary data and a case study approach to the adverse effects of the digital era for students in Indonesia. This study's results indicate that the local value of Bugis, which is reflected through Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, and Sipakainge, will positively impact the character development of students in Indonesia. So that in the end, based on these local Bugis values, it is hoped that students will be able to improve ethics and other behaviors for the better.
Purpose of the study: This research aims to examine the resilience, existence, and security of crypto assets in Indonesia. In fact, bitcoin's presence results in pros and cons in society, so there is a need for a deeper study of crypto assets. Methodology: The research method used was normative-empirical law using a statutory approach and case studies. This research also employed literature study techniques to reveal theory, data, etc. Results: The results of this study indicated that the sustainability of crypto-asset trading in Indonesia has increased in demand even during the pandemic, and the public can perform trading activities safely because there are already several legal umbrellas related to crypto asset trading in Indonesia, which are regulated by Bappebti (Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency). Applications of this study: This research is expected to provide literature related to crypto-asset regulation in Indonesia. On the other hand, the authors hope that this paper will be able to provide public awareness in conducting crypto-asset transactions in the form of bitcoin. Novelty/ Originality of this study: To obtain government protection in conducting crypto asset trading, customers need to choose crypto asset traders who have been registered and comply with the rules set by Bappebti. With the emergence of high risk in trading, the authors expect the costumers to be careful when choosing crypto asset traders.
