Purpose. The aim of the article is generalization of the conceptual foundations of strategic management to ensure the economic security of the enterprise in the process of building systems of economic protection of the results of activities of agro-business subjects as an effective mechanism for counteracting external and internal threats. Methodology of research. Scientific methods are used in the writing of the articles, in particular: theoretical generalization – to understand key theories of strategic management; synthesis and analysis – to detail the systems of economic protection of the results of the activity of the subjects of agribusiness as an object of research by its breakdown into parts; abstract and logical method – during the study of the structure of the components of the system of economic protection of the results of the enterprises. Findings. The toolkit of economic protection of agribusiness entities, which can be further transformed and supplemented according to the research of the peculiarities of functioning of their activity in the current market conditions, is investigated. It is substantiated that economic protection of the results of the enterprise activity should include a system of diagnostics and risk management, which will further ensure within the enterprise itself to make prompt decisions on strategic risk management both internal and external environment. The scheme of risk management in the system of economic protection of investment activities of agribusiness entities is proposed. The systems of economic protection of the results of activity of enterprises are improved. Originality. The main criteria of efficiency of economic protection of interests and results of activity of subjects of agro-business in the long term are substantiated: profitability of own capital and economic equilibrium, which characterizes rationality and prudence of management of economic resources and creates a basis for achievement of strategic goals of the enterprise in the long term. Practical value. The introduction of the proposed research results into the activities of agribusiness entities for the use of conceptual principles of strategic planning will contribute to the establishment of a system of economic protection of the results of business activity and dynamic development. The paper considered the concept of innovative potential and presented the structure. An overview of the conditions for the formation of innovative potential, the stages and features of its implementation, an analysis of recent research and publications is made. It was found that the overwhelming majority of scientific works on this topic concern the analysis of certain aspects of the innovative potential of the organization. At the same time, a general approach to understanding it has not yet been formed. It was revealed that the development and effective implementation of innovative strategies provide for a preliminary assessment of the innovative capabilities of the enterprise in terms of ensuring optimal results of innovative development. The approaches to the formation of innovative potential are considered. The article summarizes the theoretical aspects of the essence of the organization's innovative potential, considered in the literature, identifies its main features and systematizes the existing methodological approaches to assessment. The main elements of the innovative potential are revealed. The scheme for assessing the innovative potential of the organization is presented. Three levels of the organization's innovative potential are highlighted. It has been determined that in the absence of a universal methodology for assessing innovative potential, consideration and comprehensive application of various methods proposed in the economic literature, taking into account the specific possibilities of their use in each specific case of the implementation of innovative projects, will provide more reliable information for informed management decisions on the development and implementation of innovation strategy of the organization, making appropriate changes to the components of the innovation potential to ensure its adequacy to the set innovation goals. It is concluded that the use of several assessment methods in the formation of innovative potential will serve to minimize errors.
One of the most important factors in the development of the innovation system of IT companies is the assessment of the cost of the innovation project. Evaluating innovative projects is the most important factor that determines the competitiveness of the company on the roar. Therefore, it is important to choose the right methodology for assessing the cost of innovative projects for high-tech enterprises. The purpose of this article is to summarize and classify the existing methods for evaluating innovative projects for high-tech enterprises, which satisfies their peculiarities, and to determine the most optimal of the methods considered. As the main methods of evaluating innovation, the article proposes such approaches as a funnel of ideas, an open innovation method, an innovation matrix, a Delphi method, statistical and analytical methods. To take full advantage of the innovation effect, each organization must identify and implement effective innovation management. The development of a successful innovation process should take advantage of something new (technological innovation, a new management or organizational process, etc.). The article also considers the methods of presentation for processing the results of analysis and decision-making on innovative IT projects. Questions to analyze and assess the chances of success of ideas up to innovative projects. Presentation methods for solution-oriented analysis results processing. Implementation of methods in auxiliary tools. After analyzing the available methods for evaluating innovative projects, it can be noted that it is the method of funneling ideas that is the most optimal. After all, it contains a high-quality process of developing an idea and allows you to consider the largest number of ideas that subsequently go through a thorough evaluation process and only the best and most profitable ideas will be accepted for implementation. The article indicated approaches that allow to carry out a comprehensive assessment and ranking of innovative IT projects based on an analysis of the impact of their expected results on the scope of the enterprise.
In the modern turbulent terms of manage enterprises constantly take part in competitive activity. For that, not to become an outsider at the market any enterprise must be competitive and begin to think of by strategy of the development. The aim of this work is research of basic factors of investment strategy enterprises that assist the increase of competitiveness of enterprise directly. On such conditions acquire actuality there is forming of investment strategy of enterprise and increase of competitiveness of enterprise through expansion of volumes of investment activity, use of new various types of financial instruments and non-material assets. The article analyzes the investment strategy as an important component of increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. The investment attractiveness, which is the basis for creating an investment strategy, is characterized, its factors that influence the development of investment attractiveness are considered. The work is based on the consideration of the investment strategy of the enterprise as the development of long-term development goals of the company. The necessity of combining the implementation of the investment strategy with increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise is substantiated. An investment attractiveness that is basis for creation of investment strategy is described, her factors that influence for development of investment strategy are considered. In basis of work consideration of investment strategy of enterprise is stopped up as development of long-term aims of development of enterprise in relation to the increase of competitiveness. The synergy of factors of investment strategy is reasonable and by the increase of competitiveness of enterprise. It follows to take to the number of factors of direct influence – financially-economic to that the elements of control system (structure, methods, aims et al) must be included first of all. With the aim of increase of competitiveness of enterprise a management must direct investments in an innovation. The most modern digital technologies introduction of that needs considerable investments are described to basis, but the increase of competitiveness of enterprise will promote afterwards.
The complexity of the innovative potential of the enterprise as a subject of research and its versatility determine the large number of approaches to its evaluation. Therefore, an important area of research is to develop a comprehensive approach to quickly and fully diagnose the state of the existing innovative potential of the enterprise. Assessment of the innovative potential of the enterprise is a set of analytical procedures to determine its quantitative and qualitative characteristics, which expresses a certain attitude to this object of the one who evaluates in accordance with the chosen system of relations. The changing and dynamic business environment requires active innovation, which ensures the overall development of the enterprise, as well as improving or maintaining the necessary level of its competitiveness. At the same time, conducting innovative activities is accompanied by significant risks and threats. Assessment and management of the innovative potential of the enterprise is designed to reduce the level of risks and possible consequences of their occurrence. These processes consist of a number of stages, one of which is the adoption of management decisions on the selection and implementation of a particular innovation strategy. Management decisions are impossible without reliable and complete information about the object of management. In turn, the definition of enterprise development strategy depends on the main characteristics of the existing innovation potential of the enterprise, which is a necessary condition for innovation and acts as a decisive factor in increasing the competitiveness of the enterprise. Therefore, in order to objectively assess the current situation, find competitive advantages and increase the effectiveness of enterprise management in general, it is necessary to analyze the existing innovation potential and identify reserves of efficiency. The subject of research and analysis is the innovative potential of the enterprise and its components. The main purpose of the article is to formulate and substantiate conceptual approaches to assessing the innovative potential of the enterprise.
