This research describes the result of study and analyze the working process of the harvester combine with GPS receiver and grain level sensor in wheat harvesting. GPS receiver and grain level sensor showed that the combine harvester was working with what level of velocity in the real time regime and how much grain was being uploaded into grain tank. According to results when the yield increased from 2.62 t/ha to 6.22 t/ha, because of decreasing the work-velocity of the combine harvester, the work efficiency of the combine harvester decreased from 1.96 ha/hour till 1.30 ha/hour, and grain loss rose from 2.03 per cent till 3.76 per cent. In the field where the weeds had covered 16.8 per cent, the work efficiency of the combine was 1.74 ha/hour, in another field where weeds level was 56.7 the work efficiency of the combine decreased almost 1.7 times, made up 1.07 ha/hour, the grain loss was observed that it increased from 2.1 per cent till 7.42 per cent. When the moisture of the cereal decreased it was defined that the combine work efficiency increased, however the rate of grain loss in the header rose too.

The automatic and intelligent degree of tractor hitch system determines the operations quality, efficiency, tractor power output and energy consumption, and automatic control of electro-hydraulic hitch is one of the key technical problems in the realization of automated tractor. In this study, the adjustment methods and characteristics of electro-hydraulic hitch system were summarized. The development of electro-hydraulic hitch control technologies was elaborated and analyzed from both the electro-hydraulic control strategy and slip control strategy perspectives. The implementation methods and control characteristics were discussed. A new idea for the development of automated tractor was put forward that integrating cutting-edge technologies such as big data, fusion control and artificial intelligence. In addition, based on the precise and efficient control of electro-hydraulic hitch system, a high reliability of the control system of the tractor with intelligent application of the control algorithm was obtained. The results can provide a reference for the precise operation of automated tractors under the big data in agriculture.

The engine power could be measured accurately using an engine dynamometer but this process is time and money consuming due to difficulty of coupling the engine to the dynamometer. The coupling process can be eliminated using chassis dynamometer. Hence the chassis dynamometer is a road resistance simulator. Why not to take the actual road as the source of resistance instead of using chassis dynamometer? This process will be faster and cheaper taking less than a minute on road for a single test and will help to detect the condition of the engine and power train easily. The aim of this paper is to evaluate the use of the road as a source of resistance for the calculation of engine power. Nowadays, there are many software products that claim the possibility to measure the engine power on road. In our study road tests have been performed using OBD (On Board Diagnostic System) reader devices and high-speed GPS (Global Positioning System) receiver to measure vehicle speed variation with time during acceleration process. Three different vehicles are used to validate the road tests obtained data using chassis dynamometer. The proposed method proved its ability of using road test during automotive engine inspection process. Based on the validation the OBD and GPS data shows a difference between both methods by ±2% .
