This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and work experience on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Saka Motor in South Tangerang. The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 43 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study motivation significantly influence employee performance by 47.6%, the hypothesis test obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Work experience has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.4%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation and work experience simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 57.6%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pariwisata Purwakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,071 > 1,995). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 42,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,112 > 1,995). Motivasi dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,586 + 0,387X1 + 0,405X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 56,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (43,928 > 2,740).
The achievement of the company's vision and mission has been previously determined from the Company's resources, especially human resources. Employees are the activator of every company activity, therefore the company's success depends on its employees. Collaboration between employees and company management become important for the achievement of organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between competence, organizational climate and employee performance. Where the moderating variable of organizational climate is used in this study. Data were collected from questionnaires that had been filled out by respondents with a total 110 employees of PT. Selaras Donlim Indonesia, and then processed using SmartPLS 3 software with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) procedure. The results of this study support the three hypotheses proposed, where competence and organizational climate directly affect on employee performance significantly. Beside that, the moderating effect of organizational climate could strength competence in influencing employee performance significantly, the strength of the moderating effect is discussed.
Textbooks as a dominant learning source of HOTs have not been fulfilled which can influence the growth of HOTs in vocational students. Mix method explanatory HOT HOT design starting from the collection and analysis of quantitative data followed by qualitative data collection and analysis that builds on the initial results of the quantitative data. Analysis of the fulfillment of HOTs Indicators in Vocational High School Applied Science learning about “Material and its Changes” in BC 3.6 and 4 (four) Indicators and BC.4.6. with the percentage of cognitive level HOTs still at the level of analyzing (C4) of 62.9%, the level of evaluating (C5) of 14.3%, and the level of creating (C6) of 22.9%. The next 112 descriptors of the assessment component are based on 14 indicators and 8 Indicators HOTs, 21 material items, 9 self-ability tests, 20 Multiple Choice competency test questions, and 5 essay questions. With the recapitulation results of HOTs fulfillment of 30.4% high criteria, 42.9% medium criteria, and 26.8% low criteria. The fullness of HOTs Indicator by 50.7% in the study of the Applied Science Textbook of Vocational School/MAK Class X Semester I in KD.3.6 Analyzing the Material and its Changes and BC. 4.6 Conducting Experiments on Material Change and Mixed Separation. HOTs are difficult to identify in a short time because they are not instant, but can be identified through a series of HOTs activities by determining learning resources in textbooks and appropriate learning settings for developing high-level thinking habits.

The method used was explanatory research with a sample of 90 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study leadership has a significant effect on employee performance by 36.2%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance by 45.3%, hypothesis testing obtained significance 0,000 <0.05. Leadership and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance by 52.1%, hypothesis testing obtained significance of 0,000 <0.05.
