Siswa SMP merupakan individu yang berada pada masa perkembangan remaja. Remajamemiliki tugas perkembangan yang mengarah kepada kesiapan menghadapi masa depan.Mempersiapkan masa depan harus dilakukan sedini mungkin salah satunya denganperencanaan karir. Bimbingan dan konseling sebagai bagian dari pendidikan memilikikonstribusi dalam menyiapkan dan memfasilitasi siswa merencanakan karir. Strategibimbingan dan konseling komprehensif untuk mencapai perencanaan karir melaluiimplementasi empat komponen layanan. Layanan dasar dapat berupa bimbingan klasikal,bimbingan kelompok, pengembangan media seperti pop up,emotion card. Layananresponsif untuk membantu siswa menyelesaikan masalah siswa terkai karir, Layananperencanaan individual seperti konsultasi untuk membantu individu dalam menetapkandan menentukan tujuan karir sesuai diri, bakat, minat dan potensi. Dukungan sistemberupa kolaborasi dengan psikolog untuk tes bakat dan minat, dengan orang tua untukmengetahui dukungan terkait studi lanjut dan dengan sekolah lanjutan untuk pengenalankuikulum sekolah menengahKata Kunci: bimbingan dan konseling, komprehensif, perencanaan karir.
<p class="Normal1">Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan <em>self-regulated learning </em>melalui konseling ringkas berfokus solusi di SMP Muhammadiyah Turi Sleman. Jenis pada penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan type <em>one group pretest posttest design</em>. Subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik <em>non probability sampling design </em>menggunakan <em>purposive sampling. </em>Siswa kelas VIII SMP Muhammadiyah Turi Sleman merupakan subjek yang terlibat pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan <em>self-regulated learning</em> mengalami perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan konseling ringkas berfokus solusi.</p><p align="center"> <em></em></p><em><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong>: This study aims to find out the improvement of self-regulated learning through concise counseling focusing solutions in SMP Muhammadiyah Turi Sleman. The type of this research is experiment with type one group pretest posttest design. The research subjects were determined by using a non-probability sampling design using purposive sampling. Class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Turi Sleman were the subjects involved in this study. The results of the study concluded that the increase in self-regulated learning experienced significant differences before and after being given a concise solution-focused counseling service.</em>
<p><strong><em></em></strong><strong><em>Abstrak</em></strong><br />Bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif sebagai bagian integral pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan potensi siswa guna menghadapi kehidupan MEA yang kompleks. Guru BK hendaknya memahami konsep teoritis dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif di sekolah. Ironisnya, beberapa guru BK belum paham tentang hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman guru BK SMP tentang program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan subjek guru BK SMP se-Kabupaten Gunungkidul, DIY sejumlah 44 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes pemahaman jenis <em>multiple choice, </em>dengan teknik analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pemahaman guru bimbingan dan konseling tentang program bimbingan dan konseling sebesar 50 poin dan tertinggi sebesar 100 poin. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa belum semua guru BK SMP di Kabupaten Gunungkidul memiliki pemahaman yang baik tentang program bimbingan dan konseling komprehensif.</p><p><strong>K</strong><strong>ata kunci</strong>: bimbingan dan konseling, komprehensif, pemahaman</p><p><strong> </strong><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><br />Comprehensive guidance and counseling as an integral part of education has an important role to develop of student potential in order to face the complex life of AEC. Guidance and counseling teachers should understand the theoretical and practical concepts of guidance and counseling comprehensive in schools. Ironically, some of the guidance and counseling teachers do not understand about it. The purpose of this research is to determine the level of the guidance and counseling teacher’s understanding about comprehensive guidance and counseling program. The method used is quantitative descriptive which the subjects are guidance and counseling teacher in Junior High School in Gunungkidul District, DIY. The number of subject in this resserch are of 44 people. This research is <em>multiple choice tests</em> type<em>,</em> with descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that the average of guidance and counseling teachers understanding about guidance and counseling program was 50 points and the highest was 100 points. This shows that not all guidance and counseling teachers in Junior High School in Gunungkidul have a good understanding of the comprehensive guidance and counseling program.</p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: guidance and counseling, comprehensive, understanding</em>
The purpose of this study to develop a theory Holland used as individual student planning in order to assist students in career planning by android application. Career is something important for students. The career of the students will determine the future of the students' future. The importance of career planning as mature as possible, resulting in career planning need to pay attention to a variety of things, such as the characteristics of the individual, and the ability of others. It is closely related to the theory of Holland. This theory says humans in determining the views of the characteristics of her career include: Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional. The career planning can be applied in the Individual Student Planning which is one of the services in guidance and counselling. Individual student planning is one of the services provided to students to develop academic life, career, social and others. Following the development of the times, the provision of individualized student planning can be applied in technology. The method used is research and Development, which developed the Android-application based on Holland theory. It is expected that students will be able to plan his career according to the characteristics and personality.
This article presents a comparison of individual student planning between United States and Indonesia, providing history and development of individual student planning, issues and trends of individual student planning, individual student planning strategies, and the implementation of individual student planning strategies between the two countries. Writing method used is literature study. Qualitative and quantitative. Source of data and information obtained from various literatures. The results of the study show that the individual model of student planning in America has been ideal. While in Indonesia, it structures individual model of student planning. Implementation in Indonesia, at the policy level is good, but need more operational development in the implementation of individual student planning at elementary level, high school, and vocational school.
