This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and information technology on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator in the electronic court system (e-Court) in the District Court of Sleman, Yogyakarta. This study uses a census method with a correlation or explanatory type of research that examines the relationship between variables. The results are then analyzed to provide recommendations for government agencies of law, especially in the District Court. The results revealed a positive and significant impact of organizational culture and job satisfaction on employee performance. Information technology has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and information technology through job satisfaction. Organizational culture and information technology in the District Court of Sleman have a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediator. This research is also useful as a basis for further research related to information technology in the realm of law.
Peranan SDM dalam bisnis kafe dapat meliputi pengendalian bisnis, pelayanan, kelezatan menu makanan dan minuman sampai pada desain keunikan kafe. Sumber daya manusia sebagai sumber daya penting, karena seseorang dapat memberikan tenaga, bakat, kreativitas dan usaha mereka kepada organisasi (kafe). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel mediasi di kedai kopi “barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian adalah 71 karyawan di Kedai Kopi “Barista” Daerah Condong Catur, Yogyakarta. Berdasarkan teknik sampel menggunakan total sampling. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, semakin tinggi kemampuan kerja karyawan maka kinerja akan semakin meningkat dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja yang dimediasi oleh motivasi kerja, kemampuan kerja karyawan yang meningkat maka kinerja barista akan semakin meningkat jika motivasi kerja karyawan juga semakin meningkat.
This study aims to re-confirm the effect of work motivation and the use of information technology on individual performance based on previous research with different research objects. The population in this study are all farmers who are registered as members of farmer groups in each region. The sampling technique was accidental sampling method and obtained 102 farmer respondents who filled out the questionnaire. The results indicate that this study supports previous findings which state that 1) work motivation has a positive impact on farmer performance, 2) the use of information technology has a positive impact on farmer performance. By building self-motivation through rewards that are expected to be adjusted to personal goals so that individual performance will increase because of the motivation for personal goals that they already want to get. Meanwhile, the use of technology develops individual performance by looking at the frequency of use of information technology which is more dominant than other indicators of the use of technology.
This study investigates how "Green Recruitment & Selection" and "Green Training" affect the organizational commitment of farmer groups, which are expected to drive economic activities for rural communities. The research employs multiple regression analysis and uses simple random sampling to collect data via focus group discussions and questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents. The results indicate that good green practices have a positive impact on organizational commitment, and members with green awareness are more likely to participate in the group's activities. The findings also suggest that a recruitment process that prioritizes green mindset contributes to building a shared sense of responsibility among group members. These results imply that farmer groups can benefit from implementing green practices to enhance their organizational commitment, which can lead to greater success in driving economic activities and promoting the welfare of rural communities.
