Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana tingkat partisipasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa dari kemampuan menyelesaikan kasus-kasus berkaitan dengan manajemen perubahan organisasi, dimulai dari identifikasi fakta, teori manajemen perubahan, alasan perubahan, penyebab perubahan dan cara melakukan perubahan. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang terdaftar di kelas Manajemen Perubahan berjumlah ± 32 orang mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, selama aktivitas perkuliahan berlangsung secara virtual menggunakan zoom meeting, masih ditemukan mahasiswa yang kurang memahami materi perkuliahan serta kasus yang telah didiskusikan, ini disebabkan ketika pembelajaran berlangsung mahasiswa tersebut tidak mau bertanya dan tidak memiliki rasa ingin tahu terhadap materi dan penjelasan kasus yang disampaikan baik oleh sesama rekan mahasiswa ataupun dosen, hal ini lah yang menunjukkan efektivitas metode pembelajaran case method serta tingkat partispasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa belum menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Hal lain menunjukkan bahwa dari jumlah mahasiswa yang mengikuti kelas perkuliahan manajemen perubahan, 36% dari jumlah mahasiswa yang telah mengikuti perkuliahan melalui implementasi case method menunjukkan pengaruh positif terhadap metode pembelajaran case method dan membantu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir untuk menyelesaikan masalah, keterampilan intelektual serta menjadi pebelajar mandiri
This study aims to develop an augmented reality medium of traditional Sundanese food for nutrition education for teenagers. The media designed also consists of values of local wisdom education. The application is named AR Ma'Ugiz. The making of the application starts with story board design, 3D objects of traditional Sundanese food design using blender software and making videos about the making of the food. To make the videos, this paper uses Wondershare Filmora software. In an attempt of making AR Ma'Ugiz compatible to many platform, a Unity 3D is employed. The results of the research show that Augmented Reality designed to introduce traditional Sundanese food to teenagers is interesting and fun for them. In addition, the teenager students have more opportunities to explore the food in terms of the making procedure and nutrition information. Thus, the media used in nutrition education appear to have strengths in introducing values of local wisdom. In the meantime, local wisdom plays an important role in character education which, in this context, enables students to love their culture, including their traditional food.
In electrical power systems, distribution networks have considerable power losses compared with the other parts of electrical power systems. This caused by the distance of power plant to the load center. The high value of power losses causing disadvantage for the electricity provider company. This study aims to reduce power losses in the MLBC feeder distribution network by erecting the distributed generation. The optimal location for erecting distributed generation sought by using the Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method. Before distributed generation erected in MLBC feeder distribution network, the power losses’ value is 128.1 kW. Locating the most optimum location for erecting the distributed generation is using the particle swarm optimization method, bus 13 on the MLBC feeder distribution network was the optimum location for distributed generation erection. Hence, the loss value from load flow simulation is 67.5 kW or 60.6 kW for power loss reduction after distributed generation installed on bus 13.
