Night entertainments become a special attraction for tourists to fulfill their holidays in Bali with just listening to the music’s or enjoying drinks provided in bars, discotheque/cafes. By these facilities, Bali become a magnet of both domestic and foreign tourists. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data, while the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The data collecting is done with the observation field, in-depth interview, and questionnaires. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative with the record and explain the results cleary based on the formulation of a problem that has been determined, as well as questionnaires are analyzed using quantitative data as data supporters of the research. The results of this research explains that there are several different types of activities that can be done in place of evening entertainment, including dancing, enjoy music, and enjoy drinks and meals are offered in the café/restaurant. Then from the results of the questionnaire obtained the results that the response of local communities included in the stages of Apathy, which previously accepted as tourism sector economic growth but this time its presence was felt not to mention everything. Tourist attraction located in the traditional village environment it is believed will provide many benefits for the community, both directly involved in the management or that are not directly involved. This study aims to determine the participation by local communities in the management and Taro Bali Adventure Tours to determine the extent of the role played by the public. Data collection techniques in research using the method of direct observation location, interviews with two informants directed that Operational Managers and Kelihan Adat, as well as the documentation by taking pictures. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative data analysis techniques that work with the data, organize data, search and find patterns, to get interesting data and specify the data to be lifted The results showed that the lack of direct participation in the management because there is no activity that can involve the community. Community participation has been limited to maintaining the security of the area yaang use and management in Taro Bali Adventure Tours has been done because it has future plans, oversight by the board of commissioners as representatives of the public and accountability of managers every month. This research aims to provide a description of prostitution and drugs in nightclubs in Seminyak. Honesty, thus research not to find out who is right or wrong, precisely to emphasize understanding the tourism phenomenon from a different side. The research paradigm is qualitative with ethnographic methods, field research and qualitative techniques. The results showed that sex workers and drug users in Seminyak were not simple problems. Related to the development of the tourism sector, on the one hand, the pursuit of economic growth and the welfare of the community. But on the other hand, it triggers a lot of intrigue and strategies of actors or agent to remain, survive or get stronger in tourism practices in nightclubs. The field research finding controlled abandonment concept have strength evidence that prostitution and drugs exist but are needed according to the agent's interests. Tourists who come to visit Bali with their families will visit child-friendly tourist villages. The goal is that the child has a sense of security and comfort when visiting a tourist village. The experience will learn a new tourist area will increase enthusiasm and refresh children from all their activities. The identification of child- friendly tourism-based tourism villages is carried out to determine the level of safety, comfort and learning that children will get when carrying out tourism activities in the tourist village of Pemuteran, Buleleng Regency. The problem raised in this study is the identification of child-friendly tourism-based tourism villages and the identification of supporting facilities provided by tourism service providers in Pemuteran tourism village, Buleleng Regency. Future changes in tourism pose significant challenges for society and the environment especially for a climate changed. Tourism evolution is a dynamic process for the ability of societies to adapt is determined, in many ways, by the ability to survive and progressing. This article trying to interpret on tourismmorphosis as tourism evolution. Tourismmorphosis is the tourism development process in Badung Regency, Bali in relation to climate changed. Specifically, the tourismmorphosis concept used to understand the tourism development process and how climate change interpreted as a phenomenon of evolution from a social-cultural perspective. Tourismmorphosis has four stages as tourism development begins from the introduction stage, the reaction stage, the institutionalization stage and the compromise stage. Tourismmorphosis are using to analyze the tourism development process in Badung with several cultural, social and environmental problems. The external factor like global capitalism who have their power in the Balinese tourism industry has significant influence being aware of climate changed. Unfortunately, they are not concerned about these issues and climate change only as a discourse but difficult to handle.
