ABSTRAK Jagung merupakan bahan makanan yang mempunyai kandungan gizi terdiri dari karbohidrat dan lemak. Karbohidrat jagung terdiri dari pati, gula, serat kasar dan pentosan. Pati jagung terdiri dari amilosa dan amilopektin, sedangkan gulanya berupa sukrosa. Lemak jagung sebagian besar terdapat pada bagian lembaganya. Jumlah kandungan protein dan lemak jagung ini bervariasi tergantung dari umur dan varietasnya. Kandungan lemak dan protein jagung muda lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan jagung tua. Di Thailand, jagung manis banyak diolah menjadi corn milk (susu jagung) karena susu jagung menyegarkan dan menyehatkan tubuh karena tidak mengandung kolesterol. Kolesterol merupakan salah satu manifestasi dari masalah gizi lebih. Kadar kolesterol tinggi merupakan salah satu problema yang sangat serius karena merupakan salah satu factor yang paling utama untuk terjadinya penyakit jantung pada seseorng ,masalah lainnya ialah pada seseorang yang bertekanan darah tinggi dan perokok. Macam-macam masalah kesehatan tersebut yang sering menimpa lansia. Bukti-bukti yang ada menunjukkan bahwa latihan dan olah raga pada usia lanjut dapat mencegah atau melambatkan kehilangan fungsional. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui pengaruh konsumsi susu jagung dan senam lansia terhadap tekanan darah dan kadar kolesterol pada lansia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasy experiment (eksperimen semu) dengan rancangan one group pretest-postest design. Dilakukan Posyandu Lansia RW 06 Kelurahan Gonilan Kecamatan Kartasura Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2017. Subyek penelitian yaitu Lansia berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil yang didapatkan dari 34 sampel adalah bahwa p-value uji wilcoxon tersebut lebih kecil α (0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perubahan pengaruh pemberian susu jagung dan pelaksanaan senam lansia sebelum (pre test) dan setelah (post test). Kata kunci : susu jagung, senamlansia, tekanan darah, kolesterol ABSTRACT Corn is the foodstuffs which have nutrient content consists of carbohydrates and fats. Corn starch is composed of carbohydrates, sugar, coarse fibers and pentosan. Corn starch consists of amylopectin and amylose ,while the sugar in the form of sucrose. Fat corn mostly contained on the part of the institution. The amount of protein and fat in corn varies depending on the age and varietasnya. Fat and proteincontent of young corn is lower compared to the old corn. In Thailand, many sweet corn processed into corn (the corn milk) milk because milk corn refreshing and invigorating the body because it contains no cholesterol. Cholesterol is one manifestation of a more nutritional problems high cholesterol levels is one of the very serious problems because it is one of the most important factors for the onset of heart disease in seseorng, other problems is someone that high blood pressure and smokers (Anwar Bahri, 2003). All kinds of health problems that often afflicts the elderly. The existing evidence suggests that exercise and sports on the elderly can prevent or delay the loss of functional.The purpose of the study is to know the influence of maize and milk consumption gymnastics elderly against blood pressure and cholesterol levels in the elderly. This research method using quasy experiment (experiment of the artificial) with one group pretest-postest design. Do Elderly Posyandu RW 06 Kelurahan Gonilan Kartasura Subdistrict Sukoharjo Regency. Time research was done starting in July up to August 2017. The subject of research, namely the elderly amounted to 34 people.The results obtained from 34 sample is that the p-value smaller the wilcoxon test α(0.05) so that it can be concluded that there is a change of the influence the granting of maize and milk the implementation elderly gymnastics before (pre test) and after (post test). Background: Researcher knows the phenomenon experienced by children picky eater .This is proven results early screening conducted by researcher , revealed the children had as many as 82 % picky eater , but behavior picky eater experienced by children classified as slight extent because not until affect growth .As many as 45 % mother feel it as a problem Research Methods : Still a little research on picky eater done in Indonesia , but is still very picky eater of information about needs to develop .In general the knowledge to know the reason that mother about picky eater such behavior in children age a preschool program in kindergarden Uwais Qorni Surakarta. Research Result : The result is a low variation in the types of food that children consume daily. In general, children eat the same type of food a day and the type of food does not differ much every day. The low variety of child food types is caused by the mother cooking only once for one day, on the grounds that the mother does not have enough time. In fact, the majority of informants in this study were housewives who spent a lot of time at home. Conclusion : The behavior of the picky eater is a common dietary phase for children. The common picky eater behaviour found in this research is limited food variation, so that the child looks to choose the type of food they are being smoked.
Intra Uterine Device (IUD) is a safe, effective, and reversible device made of plastic or metal which is inserted into the uterus through the cervical canal to prevent pregnancy. One of side effects of IUD is leucorrhoea or fluoralbus that is a whitish, intermittent and increased amount of discharge from vagina. Leucorrhoea is the most common complaint of women using IUD as it may cause uterus reactions to a strange object with excessive vaginal discharge characterized by increased amount of vaginal mucus, yellowish or gray, itchy, smelly, and causing inconvenience. A Moist condition and discharge in vagina among IUD acceptors is a good environment for pathogenic bacteria growth including Streptococcus sp and Escherichia coli. One of alternative treatments from herbal remedies is manjakani seeds (Quercus infectoria gall). Empirically, manjakani seeds have been used to clean genital organs for prevention and treatment of vaginal discharge. The active subtances of the seeds are tannin, saponin, alkaloid, steroid, flavonoid, and trapezoid that are believed as an antibacterial effect. This study aimed to determine the effect of douching treatments using manjakani seeds (Quercus infectoria gall) boiled into water to the total colony of Streptococcus sp and Escherichia coli among IUD acceptors who experienced vaginal discharge. The research methods of the study utilized quasi experiments with one group pretestpostest design. The sampling technique was consecutive sampling with IUD acceptors suffering vaginal discharge in puskesmasSukajadi and ledeng, Bandung as the samples. The results showed based on statistical test, there was a significant difference between the number of colonies of Escherichia coli, streptococcus sp and complaints of leucorrea pre-test and posttest test of douching of boiled manjakani seeds with p value 0.05.
Kepemilikan Buku KIA/KMS sebagai alat/kelengkapan ibu membawa anak bayi dan balita ke posyandu yang mana didalam buku KIA terdapat KMS bayi/balita yang dipergunakan dalam memantau tumbuh kembang anak. Melihat kurva KMS pada buku KIA, baik ibu maupun kader lebih mudah memahami dan mengetahui perkembangan anak. Hal ini sangat releven dengan program pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Menurut Adi (2005) bahwa sekitar 82,4% responden yang memiliki buku KIA/KMS pada dasarnya membawa buku tersebut dalam setiap melakukan penimbangan ke posyandu. Meskipun sekitar 17% ibu tidak membawa buku tetsebut saat kunjungan ke Posyandu. Tujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu tentang buku KIA dengan perilaku membawa buku KIA pada kegiatan Posyandu di wilayah Puskesmas Gambirsari.Manfaat Untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang buku KIA dengan perilaku membawa buku KIA. Metode Jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan desain penelitian potong lintang atau cross sectional. Penelitian akan dilakukan di posyandu Wilayah Puskesmas Gambirsari. Waktu penelitian akan dilakukan mulai bulan Januari 2018 sampai dengan Juni 2018. Populasi terjangkau penelitian ini adalah semua ibu yang mempunyai balita di posyandu wilayah Puskesmas Gambirsari Surakarta yang berjumlah kurang lebihkurang lebih 3815orangdan sampel yang digunakan peneliti menggunakan tingkat kepercayaan sebesar 5% sehingga didapatkan total sampel sebanyak 362 sampel ibu yang memiliki balita di posyandu wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gambirsari. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang buku KIA dengan perilaku membawa buku KIA pada kegiatan Posyandu di Di wilayah Puskesmas Gambirsari Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Ibu, Buku KIA (Kesehatan Ibu Dan Anak), Perilaku Membawa Buku KIA
