Latarbelakang dan tujuan: krisis yang terus-menerus dan intensitasnya meningkat, maka dapat menggangguaktivitas sehari-hari sehingga disebut sebagai gangguan gangguan. Tujuan dalam peneliltian ini adalah untukmelihat gambaran umum gangguan di Kota Surabaya. Metode: desain penelitian menggunakan penelitiandeskriptif, teknik Simple Random Sampling dalam memilih subjek penelitian dengan jumlah sampel 103 pelajar di Kota Surabaya Hasil penelitian: hasil yang diperoleh responden dengan rata-rata usia 18 tahun, dengan klasifikasi gangguan adalah 34% dan (Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder) PTSD sebesar 29,1%. Cemas atau depresi ini hal ini biasanya terjadi karena gangguan perasaan atau mood, kehilangan minat atau kesenangan, perasaan atau perasaan rendah, susah tidur, penurunan nafsu makan, dan gangguan yang buruk pada tingkat SMA yang sering terjadi pada tingkat SMA. Gejala PTSD yang peristiwa orang tua pelajar serta bentuk respons maladaptif orang tua terhadap peristiwa traumatik yang berkaitan dengan respons maladaptif anak bencana/wabah. Kesimpulan: kesimpulan perlu adanya interaksi dari berbagai pihak terkait dalam melakukan penyuluhan sedini mungkin
Emotional development among preschool children is influenced by several factors. Preschool children are often exposed to gadgets. This study is intended to investigate the relationship between the use of gadgets and emotional development of preschool children. This research used analytic observational design with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used probability sampling by cluster sampling which amounted to as many as 104 respondent with two research sites at Al-Fitroh and Budi Mulia kindergarten in Surabaya. The research instrument was questionnaires assesment both the use of gadgets of which validity and reability test has been under taken. Emotional development as measured by SDQ (Strenght Difficulties Questionnaire) questionnaire. The result of the research intensity and attitude use of gadget in preschool children were mostly found to experience in the moderate category. Emotional development is mostly in the borderline category. Based on the result of the Spearman's Rho test, which obtained a р value = 0.000 (ρ<0.05) with OR value = -0.363 which means that use of gadget and was less related with emotional development of preschool children. Use of gadget among preschool children should be controlled and assisted. Parent can by distract the children by introducing traditional games. This can be a way for parents to stimulate and develop emotional skills of children.
Background : Child independence is one of stages of growth and development in children. The use of gadgets can cause children to be more passive because they are more focused on gadgets. This study is intended to investigate the relationship between the use of gadgets and the independence of preschool children. Method : The study was designed using Cross-sectional approach. This study was conducted in Al-Fitroh Surabaya Kindergarten and Budi Mulya Surabaya Kindergarten samples with 104 respondents selected by cluster sampling technique. The research instrument was questionnaires assessment regarding both the use of gadgets and questionnaires independence preschool children of which its validity and reliability test had been undertaken. Result : The results of this study demonstrate the use of the gadgets were mostly of the medium category, the independence of preschool children, mostly in the medium category, and there is a relationship between the use of gadgets to the independence of preschool children. The relationship is not very strong as indicated by the test results of Spearman's Rho values o btained ρ-value= 0.004 (ρ<0.05) and the value of r=-0.327. Conclusion : The use of gadgets in children requires time restrictions so that children do not just focus on gadgets and that children's daily activities do not decrease. Time limits must be implemented for the use of the gadget for the children, then the child will be able to perform more activities every day so that this can improve child's independence.
Kebersihan lingkungan seseorang merupakan cermin dari kebersihan diri sendiri dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Salah satu penyakit yang ditimbulkan oleh kurangnya kebersihan lingkungan adalah penyakit kulit. Skabies banyak diderita oleh masyarakat dengan hygiene yang buruk dan juga lingkungan yang padat karena disebabkan oleh parasit sejenis kutu. Salah satu upaya dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pelatihan management lingkungan dan personal hygine dengan maksud memberikan gambaran secara jelas kepada lansia, petugas kesehatan tentang fenomena penyakit tersebut sehingga lansia mempunyai kesadaran dini untuk mengatasi penyebab dari scabies sehingga mampu mengambil sikap, baik dengan pengobatan sendiri atau dengan perubahan perilaku personal hygine dan kebersihan lingkungan panti. Pengabdian masyarakat di lakukan dengan pemberian penyuluhan kesehatan tentang scabies, penyebeb scabies dan pencegahan scabies termasuk didalamnya pelatihan management lingkungan dan personal hygiene lansia hingga evaluasi tingkat pengetahuan lansia dan observasi management lingkungan. Dari 55 lansia yang hadir, sebelum diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan memiliki pengetahuan tentang scabies 27,6% dan setelah diberikan penyuluhan mengalami peningkatan pengetahuan 50,5%, hasil dari observasi lansia dan petugas panti sudah melaksanakan management lingkungan dan personal hygiene dengan benar, salah satunya pada pelaksanaan mencuci baju, lansia dan petugas kebersihan lingkungan panti memisahkan pakaian yang menderita scabies dan non scabies pada tempat baju yang sudah disiapkan lengkap dengan label Kata Kunci : Lansia, Penyuluhan kesehatan, Pelatihan management lingkungan, Kebersihan diri
