Most of snacks or foods at school contained many dangerous chemical material which is dangering students health. When students consumed it in long periode resulting indigestion, respiratory disorder, neurological disorder, liver damage, cancer and reproductive health. This activitiy was being held to increase students knowledge to change their attitude and behavior in choosing foods and snacks. By this activity, it was found that most students lack of knowledge about chemical contamination damage for their health. Therefore, by sharing health information, students could understands that consuming foods contained chemical material in long periode causing various health problems including reproductive health. After they received those informations, students had better understanding about chemical contamination damage but also how to identify which foods are contaminated. The post tets scores have increase by 25%. So it could be conclude that, by sharing health information, students had better understanding and formed attitude to do positive thing.Keywords: knowledge, chemical contamination, teenager, foods

Abstrak: Stres merupakan bagian yang tak terhindari dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Setiap manusia dari berbagai lapisan manapun pernah mengalami termasuk remaja Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penyebab remaja SMA antara lain: tuntutan akademis yang terlampau berat, kegagalan menuntaskan tugas perkembangan, pengalaman masa lalu, konflik keluarga, konflik interpersonal, ketakutan kegagalan, kehilangan harga diri, kondisi atau bentuk tubuh dan lingkungan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk memberikan sosialisasi dan praktek kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya terapi akupresure untuk mengurangi stress belajar dan mengurangi kejadian sakit kepala yang berlebihan. Cara kerjanya dengan terapi akupresur bekerja dengan membebaskan sumbatan energy yang ada didalam tubuh. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan cara memberikan penyuluhanmengenai teknik pijat relaksasi akupresure setelah itu siswamemprakrekkan teknik arelaksasi akupresure pelaksanaan dilakukan disalah satu Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yaitu MAN 01 Kota Tegal pada tanggal 16 - 17 Juni 2022 diikuti oleh siswa Kelas XI yang aktif dengan jumlah 50 siswa Dari posttest dan pretest yang sudah dilakukan semua peserta mendapat gambaran dan dapat mempraktikkan materi tersebut dengan baik, Hal ini terbukti dengan rata-rata posttest adalah bernilai 86. Penilaian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan terdapat 77% siswa dapatb mengetahui materi tentang teknik relaksasi akupresure.Abstract: Stress is an unavoidable part of everyday life. Every human being from various walks of life has experienced this, including high school students. The causes of high school adolescents include: academic demands that are too heavy, failure to complete developmental tasks, past experiences, family conflicts, interpersonal conflicts, fear of failure, loss of self-esteem, body condition or shape and environment. The purpose of this community service is to provide socialization and practice to students regarding the importance of acupressure therapy to reduce learning stress and reduce the incidence of excessive headaches. How it works with acupressure therapy works by freeing energy blockages in the body. The activity was carried out by providing counseling about acupressure relaxation massage techniques after which students practiced the acupressure relaxation technique. The implementation was carried out in one of the senior high schools (SMA), namely MAN 01 Tegal City on 16-17 June 2022 followed by active Class XI students with a total of 50 students. Posttest and pretest that has been done all participants get an idea and can practice the material well, this is proven by the average posttest is worth 86. This assessment shows an increase in knowledge and skills there are 77% of students can know material about techniques acupressure relaxation.
