The background of this research is the success of learning process of embrioder at HP3 Padang Pariaman. The purpose of this research is to describe instructor's learning strategy, that is: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The populations of the study consist of thirty-five peoples. The technique in this research is random sampling method. The number of samples in this study were twenty-five participants. Techniques of data collection are questionnaires, while questions is used as data collection tool. The results showed that the instructor's learning strategy according to the study population is interesting, it can be seen from the aspect: (1) teaching stage, (2) teaching approach, (3) teaching principle. Suggestions for learning strategy of these three aspects can be maintained and further enhanced by training Instructor.
This research is based on the low learning interest of students at TPQ Masjid Baiturrahman Kelurahan Koto Lalang KotaPadang. This study aims to see the description of the atmosphere of the learning environment, description of interest in learning and see the relationship between the atmosphere of learning environment with learning interest of students at TPQ Masjid Baiturrahman. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type. The population in this study is 43 people. Samples were taken as many as 32 people using stratified random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, and data collection tools are the percentages for viewing the description. And to see the relationship using product moment formula. The results showed: (1) the atmosphere of student learning environment is less conducive; (2) student interest is classified as low; and (3) there is a significant relationship between the atmosphere of the learning environment with student learning interest. Suggested to: TPQ management is expected to improve the physical condition of mosque building so that the learning process at TPQ become conducive, and to the teacher expected to create a conducive learning environment atmosphere, and the teacher is expected to make the students feel close to the teacher. UU No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional menegaskan bahwa jalur pendidikan terdiri atas pendidikan formal, informal, dan nonformal, yang dapat saling melengkapi dan memperkaya. Pendidikan informal dan nonformal adalah pendidikan yang berlangsung di luar persekolahan yang bertujuan agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan belajar masyarakat yang tidak terjangkau oleh pendidikan formal atau persekolahan. Pendidikan nonformal memiliki bentuk yang sistematis, dan berstruktur sedangkan pendidikan informal cenderung sederhana, tapi keduanya sama-sama menerapkan pola pendidikan sepanjang hayat yang merupakan ciri khas Pendidikan Luar Sekolah (PLS). Education is important for the progress of the nation. Education must be done in a person's life, including for early childhood. The problem is that there are still many early childhood education providers that have not met the expected quality standards. One of the reasons is that there are still limited Educative Game Tools (APE) used by education in the implementation of learning. Many educators claim that it is difficult to get an Educational Game Tool (APE). This problem solving can be done through various trainings, training, training, and the creation of environmental-based Educative Game Tools (APE) needs to be carried out. Training methods are carried out in the form of presentations of theories and practical exercises. The results of the training show that with training activities it was found that the insights and skills of PAUD educators in the procurement and manufacture of Educational Game Tools (APE) based on environmental materials.
This research aims to know the description of model parent implemented character education at home. Research methods using R development model D with & ADDIE. The population of the research was the parents in Kindergarten of Aisyiyah at Padang city. Sampling techniques using cluster random sampling that is the center of the city, the suburbs and the city centre and suburbs. The instruments used are a test of the validity of using with cheklist construct and content validity. The results showed that generally how committed parents in educating children character is by way of conditioning, then followed by the rules. While other ways such as giving advice, and less is done by the parents. It is very possible because more parents emulating what has been done to his parents during this time.
This research is based on the low learning interest of learners of learning abacus in batusangkar, allegedly lack of credibility of tutor in teaching and learning process. This study aims to find out how the relationship Between the credibility of tutors with interest in learning learning abacus in batusangkar.This study is a correlational quantitative research with a population of fifty students with a sample of threety five students where sampling was carried out using the stratified random sampling technique. To collect data used questioner technique and data collection tool in the form of questionnaire.The results showed that (1) the credibility of abacus tutoring tutors in batusangkar was not good, (2) the learning interest of abacus tutoring students in batusangkar was low, and (3) there was a significant relationship between the credibility of tutors and students' learning interest. Suggested tutors can increase credibility in teaching and learning process of learning abacus in batusangkar.Keywords: Credibility Tutor, Interest to Learn
