Public sector organizations, namely governments, are described as “non-productive and inefficient organization”. This negative image of public sector organizations has arisen as a consequence of low public sector organization performance. Public sector performance improvement can be done by manipulating motivational dimensions of public service employee. This research aims to empirically test effect of public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on organizational performance in the public sector of Indonesia. In addition, this study also focuses on individual factor of motivation, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This paper employed 108 respondents that were sampled using convenient sampling. The result showed that there were positive significant influences of public service motivation and job satisfaction on organizational performance. Unfortunately, this study failed to give a proof that OCB influences organizational performance. Moreover, this study showed that there is differences level of motivational between men and women. On average, women have job satisfaction and public service motivation higher than men. This implies that women more satisfy at work than men, and women more likely to value intrinsic reward than men

The Social Insurance Administration Organization (BPJS) is a government agency that provide health services in the form of comprehensive health insurance for all Indonesian people. In the five years of implementation (2014-2018), the national health insurance program (JKN) has provided benefits for the community. However, the financial statements of the JKN program show that there are financial problems which more precisely show signs of financial distress. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the results of financial distress prediction on BPJS Health so that it can provide advice on financial distress in maintaining the continuity of BPJS Health. To predict financial distress, this study uses the Altman model (Z Score) using data source from the 2014-2018 BPJS Health financial report. The results of this study are internal factors (high financial costs and participant contributions) affect financial distress and external factors (BPJS participants and government intervention) influence financial distress.
Advances in information and communication technology enable consumers to increasingly conduct online purchase transactions. From the perspective of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), this study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness on consumers' intention to buy online in South Tangerang. The study used 130 data obtained through questionnaires distributed online to users of multiple consumer-to-consumer (C2C) e-commerce platforms. Determination of the sample is done by applying a non-probability sampling technique. Using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with SPSS software, the study found that perceived ease to use and perceived usefulness had a positive effect on the intention to buy online. Regression analysis shows that both perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have significant effects on online purchase intention. However, the effect of perceived usefulness on intention to buy online is greater (β =.199, ρ-value <.000) than that of perceived ease to use (β =.277, ρ-value <.00). The findings of the study help to understand everything about online buying behavior and make strategic implications for digital-based companies to increase consumers' willingness to buy online.
